Roma RiceA brief introduction incase you don't know what roma rice is, it is actually a different category of rice (example like Japanese rice / Briyani Rice and etc). I actually love the fragrant of the rice because of its aromatic smell but also because the rice isn't sticky or dry. The dish is pretty simply, slightly fried with chef's speciality sauce together with mushroom, broccoli, and some small portion of vegetarian prawn which I don't mind of because it tasted quite plain. White AngelA well cooked and season spaghetti always cheer my day. The white angel here is not just tasty but also also rich and creamy with its white gravy. There are also vegetarian prawn and broccoli for a more vibrant colour and flavour to the dish. The only dislike I have is the vegetarian prawn which to me is quite 'flourish' and is kind of plain in taste as well. Other than that, everything is just amazing in my mouth and tummy.

Golden AbaloneThis is a deep fried dish and who would say no to a plate of fried snack except for those who are on diet / body build up? The slices on vegetarian abalone that taste 99% to the real thing is being season with chef special flour to add on the crispiness and flavour and then deep fried in boiling oil until golden brown before serving to the dining table.
