很喜欢三文鱼和牛油果的搭配。不说也不不知道原来牛油果配上芥末的味道就会很像三文鱼了。所以这种搭配非常的安全。虽然牛油果吃起来软软的不过那个丰富creamy的味道让我很着迷。外面的三文鱼片很新鲜，油脂很均匀。

Kaki Fry!也是我喜欢的日本炸物之一。因为我觉的壕的味道很特别。尤其是当裹了一层外皮外面很酥脆之余里面还能保持着软嫩多汁。味道也不用怎样经过特别的调味。海鲜本身的味道已经非常足够。

这个Spicy Ika和我平时吃到烤鱿鱼有很大的分别。因为一个是烤的，一个是炒的。这个虽然少了烧烤独有的味道，可是那个酱汁却不错吃。味道吃起来带点辣辣的感觉，肉质吃起来也不会很硬，很容易咀嚼。

每次经过hokano japanese restaurant都很想进去试试。结果有一天朋友竟然约我到hokano 用餐。这里是个很家庭式的餐厅。不懂是不是真的是家庭在进行营业，可是就是很有家庭feel ！点了salmon teriyaki set。salmon 蛮大块了，有汤，有salad。不错吃。可是，就觉得这样家庭式的餐厅，价钱有点贵。

I love how the restaurant being so cozy, unique, homey and clean.The place is always full house. I guess they're lacking of staff as well. Food comes in slightly later but hey! As long they're quality food, we're always okay with it right? Even though they're not many staff but trust me, all of them are friendly and patience. They will also tell you that certain dishes need to wait for quite a while and recommend which dish etc. I like to start off my dish with Chawan Mushi. Chawan MushiRM4.50No

I was here with my colleagues. This is my first time here. Many people said this shop is nice. But I just think the food are okok only. The shop is not well renovated. The environment is normal only, not high-class. I don't really like it actually. The food price are normal price for Japanese food. It is not considered as fine dining. If you are craving for some healthy dishes, you should order their salad. This dish is actually a combination of "Smoked Salmon Salad" and "Seaweed Salad". Usually it is ordered individually but you can request to have both mixed together. It's a healthy dish and best of all, everything in this dish are freshly made. You can taste the freshness once you take a bite of these salads.Great as a starter. Best to share with 3 persons as it's quite a big portion.

If you are ever visit Hokano Japanese Restaurant, do order their Green Tea Ice-Cream after your meal. Their Green tea ice cream is home made. There are occasions whereby it's not available due to peak period. The testure of the ice cream it's really smooth, and it taste great. Love every bite of this ice-cream. Highly recommended to try this for desserts. Best ice-cream I have ever tasted.

Came back for another round of bento set at this Japanese Restaurant. This round I ordered their Kanozem Set (RM26.90). This set contains a combination of sashimi, tori karaage & saba shioyak. As always, each set comes with rice, miso soup and steam eggs.Love their sashimi, it's really fresh. Their tori karaage is cripsy on the outside and tender in the inside. Totally love this set.

I find that the bento set at this Japanese restaurant is value for money. It has variety in one bento set and fills up your tummy. For small eater, highly recommended to share it. I ordered "Toru Shogayaki" set (RM26.90). Although sliced chicken were not available, but requested beef for replacement can be done. Each bento set comes with soup and steam eggs. Defiatly value for money. Do expect for long waiting time during the weekends. Best to go early. Restaurent closed on Tuesday.

Next is vanilla ice cream in Hokano japanese restaurant is very tasty. I like to eat the vanilla ice cream because it is not too sweet but it is a very small portion only. Hokano japanese restaurant is located some where at Damansara Uptown, you will see this restaurant before reaching Maybank. Most of the foods served here were ala carte.

Here in Hokano japanese restaurant, I am having the Unagi Bento for my lunch. Hokano japanese restaurant serves the best Japanese food and I love coming here to eat. The unagi is very fresh and yummy. The bento comes with rice, prickle, some fresh vegetable and fruits and it is delicious.

Hokano Japanese Restaurant, located opposite the LDP main roads, has been serving delicious Japanese food in Damansara. The shop might look a little small and obscure from the outside, but the food quality doesn't resemble their outlook.Chicken Katsu Don. (RM13.95)Portion was generous, with tender and juicy chicken. Though the meat wasn't as thick as in Watami, but was good enough for stomach satisfaction.
