Chilled Assorted Eggs Loaf in Yang Zhou Style(三色玛瑙) is one of the delights which is being served. One of the highlightsi in on the egg varietals in the Chinese cuisine where the cold delights is served with 3 different of eggs which includes normal egg, salted egg and century eggs. The taste is really good and I am indeed loving it the chilling taste of Eggs Loaf in Yang Zhou Style.

Steamed Tianjin Buns is one of the speciality in Paradise Dynasty. It is indeed a nice dim sums to try on where the Tianjin buns are being served with a set of three. The delights which is served with the soft and delighting dough with the watery filling is indeed a great combination. I am loving the ingridients which it is simply juicy as well.Price: RM 9.00 (3 pcs)

Chilled Almond Pudding - RM6.80We ended a good afternoon lunch at Paradise Dynasty Paradigm Mall with their cold desserts. One of it was the Chilled Almond Pudding which had this distinct almond flavour to it with a piece of cherry and lychee on top. The whole dessert was really sweet, perfect to cool down the body after all those heaty stuff. The texture was like any pudding, without being overly soft.

Soufflé Egg White Balls stuffed with Red Bean and Banana 3pcs – RM 8.00As for the Soufflé Egg White Balls stuffed with Red Bean and Banana, I felt they made it really soft and fluffy with lots of banana flavour to it. The whole this was actually made with egg white, to my surprise. Good stuff here. It was so easy just to pop in these white balls, it was really airy inside and the red bean and banana flavour does bring lot of flavour to these pastries.

Radish Pastry, 3pcs – RM 7.80We had some pastries for dessert, the first which was the Radish Pastry. It had a certain "popiah" flavour to it, but in a more refined tastier way. Inside, the ingredients weren' too salty nor too sweet, giving us a very savoury flavour. There was no meat inside though, but it still tasted very nice. 3 pieces for RM7.80, it isn't the cheapest pastries around, but it's worth it.

Pork Dumpling with Hot Chilli Sauce, 6pcs – RM 11.80If you fancy some nice Shanghai Dim Sums, then by all means do order their Pork Dumpling with Hot Chilli Sauce. It was a spicy dish, which had this hot chilli sauce included inside. The pork dumpling was good though, as it felt velvety smooth when popped into the mouth. Beware of the spiciness though. Personally i like this dish a lot, because i love the spiciness.

Vegetable Pork WantonThe Vegetable Pork Wanton that came along with the dish was a delicacy in itself. Wrapped in soft wanton skin, and steamed before being thrown into the delicious pork bone soup, I could not get enough of these vegetable pork wanton. Inside the wanton, on top of a generous amount of pork meat, we had vegetables included inside as well. This soup complements the la mian noodles very well.

La Mian in Signature Pork Bone Soup The La mian served here was before it was doused in their siignature pork bone soup. The noodles itself was made by the restaurant, ensuring it is neither too soft nor too hard. We got to see it before it was put in the soup, and even in its dry form, we could actually eat it on its own as it already has all the garnishing needed. Flavourful indeed, and very tasty!

La Mian with Minced Meat and Mushroom Sauce - RM15.00The subsequent noodle dishes came in the form of the La Mian with Minced Meat and Mushroom Sauce. I found Paradise Dynasty's noodle dishes were really delicious, coupled with their mushrooms. It was no wonder that I noticed most of the diners there ordered the La Mian. The crispy pan fried chicken chopThe crispy pan fried chicken chop was a nice side dish to have with the noodles. It can be eaten on its own, or ordered in a set with the famous la mien noodles that Paradise Dynasty offers. The chicken itself was fried to a crisp outside, while maintaining the tenderness and softness inside. I like the fact they marinated it beforehand, hence it was tasty right up to the meat inside. It tasted a bit salty though, so be sure to have it with a main dish.

If you would like to have some traditonal meals, they do serves as well. The Braised Pork Belly is indeed good as well. The pork belly (外婆红烧肉)is not too oily indeed in the textures and it is simply good and delighting as well where the pork are being cutted in cubes and it is being marinated with the red wine. The taste is overall giving the taste of the richer fragrance and the fat further to give the pork that tender “melt-in-your-mouth” texturePrice: RM 26.80

La Mian with ‘Dan Dan’ Sauce (四川担担拉面) which is where the flavors is indeed very spicy. The La Mien is indeed good to have and the taste of the Szechuan spiciness in indeed very heavy. La Mian in Signature Pork Bone SoupIt was noodles all the way after the initial dishes as we kicked off the first la mien noodles dish with the La Mian in Signature Pork Bone Soup. The soup itself can be taken on its own as it tasted really good. We have Paradise Dynasty's home-made la mien thrown in, which had a unique soft texture to it.Really tasty and not too salty, I love the way Paradise Dynasty makes their la mian soup.

Deep-fried Diced Chicken in Szechuan Style - RM20After all that food, the Deep-fried Diced Chicken in Szechuan Style came in to fire up our tastebuds with load of spiciness. The chicken itself was really crispy, but the chilli included inside was daunting to say the least. If you are not tolerant to spicy dishes, my advice to you would be to stay away from this dish. If you love chillis, then by all means, this dish is made just for you!

Scrambled Egg White with Fish and Dried Scallop - RM20When this dish arrived, I actually thought it was broth but the Scrambled Egg White with Fish and Dried Scallop like its name was made up of scrambled egg white. The whole dish itself felt luxuriously delicious. With broth like texture, the fish and dried scallop blended well inside to further enhance the taste.
