This lemon cheesecake is one of my favourite cakes here. The cheesecake itself is rich in creamcheese flavour, balanced by the tartness of the lemon. The biscuit base layer is buttery and quite moist. Overall, this cheesecake is not too sweet. It is best eaten with a cup of coffee.
