The loaf doesn't only serve pastries and buns, but also main meals such as spaghetti, and all sorts of western cuisine.

Beef patty with rice. I think the patty taste superb, I just leave the rice aside because I doesn't want to over stuff myself.

Mushroom salad with thinly shredded cheddar cheese. You must mixed it all together while it's hot , let the cheese melt slightly... and CHOMP THEM!!! ;D

On and off, I’ll be craving for bread….haha….Thus, there I go, heading to one of my favorite bakeries, The Loaf at Pavillion, KL. Good try anyway.

Then we have this Tomota Cheese (Foreground) and Tuna Mayo, which next to it.

The former actually tastes bit dry and hard, but the latter was superb! Adequately filled with mayo and cream with generous tuna fillings, makes it a superb delicious savory bite! ^^

Definitely would come back for more ^^

This was my first time having a high class breakfast in the Loaf, it costs about RM10+, came with either a cup of coffee or tea. The square egg with bread was served with 2 sausages and 2 pieces of hush brown. It was soooo nice, it made me feel like eating more.

Lunch is usually a headache as I always have to keep it under budget and fill the tummy at the same time. Once in awhile I will hop into The Loaf to get bread for lunch and this bread was on promotion that time, its called the Cereal. Basically it is a wholemeal bread laden with lots of different cereals and oats. The texture was very dry and it would be nice if there was a dip for it.

Bought this Uhuhu Cheese Cake with a smiley face. So adorable that it instantly cheer me up! The cheese cake was fluffy and light, and it could be finished just in a few mouthful, so no worries and as the small portion would not increase your calories of the day for too much.

The bread above is called pan cream. It is filed with egg custard but the taste of the egg custard is lacking and I felt like eating a bread filled with nothing inside. Even though the custard was tasteless but the texture was smooth and thick. The custard clings onto the bread like glue.

Creamy Mushroom @ RM18.00

From the excellent presentation to the rich, deep flavours, everything is just delicious! I can taste the fresh button mushroom bits and chunks with hints of truffle. It is neither too creamy nor powdery, just perfect!

Salmon Oelek @ RM44.00

Truthfully, I shall call this the star of the night! I have to admit that I am a fish fanatic, and this Indonesian-styled Chilli Oelek Seared Salmon Fillet delights me very much with its rich sweet and spicy flavour. The aromatic Cashew Nut Rice simply completes the platter. It is really one of a kind, the best salmon I ever have!

During Chinese New Year, my cousin bought us a big hamper of The Loaf cakes and jams. Of all the products, what I love most was this Poppy seed cake.It was very moistened, sweet but not too much, balanced with the smell and aroma of poppy seeds. I enjoyed this very much. We had this Chocolate Hazelnut too.It was equally good. It was not too sweet like usual chocolate cake, and good thing was it was loaded with lotsa hazelnut. Overall, I think their cakes are good!

Pie

If given a choice to eat at bakery, the all time favourite is pie. The reason of it is because there are so many choices for pie, like mushroom pie, chicken pie etc. The pie here is quite soft and crispy. Then the eating environment is quite nice especially in the morning the it is not so hot. You can choose to sit outside and facing the street, then you can imagine like you are at other country. Imagine nice weather + nice coffee + nice pie
