Uncle Chong's Asam Laksa

One ought to try this out whenever you drop by here. This bowl of asam laksa is indeed scrumptious and doesn’t lose out to its original opponent from the Pearl of Orient. The noodles are silky and springy, delightfully soaked in the savory soup which bears a little sweetness rather than overly piquant with asam. I guess this point actually differentiate itself from Penang Asam Laksa which could be much spicier. Another uniqueness about Uncle Chong’s creation is that, you won’t see bites of fish meat in your soup for he has blended them to be incorporated thoroughly with the soup so you can finish it all as well. Isn’t uncle is thoughtful enough? ^_^

Tomyam Seafood Noodles

This bowl of Tomyam Seafood Noodles, undeniably is very appetizing and delicious! I do appreciate the effort put into making it albeit am not really a foodie who can eat very spicy food. But for this, I do sort of warm up my palate with something different. After all, what is life without spice right? Hehe The portion is decently generous, with varieties of seafood like prawns, squids, chicken meat and others like lemon grass, with springy vermicelli too. The mee hoon actually helps to soak up the delish soup when you enjoy with the rest of the ingredients. Tad sour but slurps!

这间餐馆坐落于Taman Shamelin 壹广场底层。
由于位置在于路面以下，所以经常经过那边我也没注意有这么一间餐馆。
餐馆装潢虽然不是华丽，但是简单的格调显得干净利落，让人舒服自在。
其中一面墙挂满了旧时的吉隆坡建筑物照片，想必是uncle chong的珍藏？？？

这里的食物选择不多，他们的餐牌也只有4页，2页食物2页饮料。
但是所谓贵精不贵多，这4页餐牌基本已经能够满足早午晚三餐需求了。
而且，他们的食物价格也很“平易近人”，每样食物价格都不超过RM10。
而且味道也很不错，总的来说3个字！
“平！靓！正！”

这亚三拉沙第一口的感觉就是...............火辣辣！！！！
但是由于其他的味道也很特出，所以就算很辣，都还是觉得很好吃，很想吃！！！
这里的阿三拉沙不像一些地方吃的鱼肉都是看得到一块块的，
这里的都融入汤头里面了。所以它的阿三拉沙汤头味道很好味带鲜甜！！

这河粉材料有虾仁和鸡肉，加上韭菜和炸洋葱提味。
看似普通一碗怡保河粉，其实.....它......还是普通一碗怡保河粉！
只不过很喜欢它汤头的清甜，吃了后不会觉得口渴。
口渴？！就是味精太多的原因啊！所以....该明白我的意思了吧？！
