First time eating such a nice vegetables. The asparagus is fresh and the cashew nut is crunchy. Both are perfect match. Seaweed is added and a sweet chicken stock is used for the cooking. It also comprise of green pea and carrot slices. It is not only decorated nicely but it has a colourful combination which increase our appetite.

The Stir-fried Scallop with Ginger & Spring Onion is something plain but tasty, after a heavy crab dish. Its very hard to find a parking slot at this area during the day time. Luckily the ramen is worth the hassle. The soup is think and flavorful. Perhaps one of the best soup base so far. The noodles were cooked just nice. Highly recommended shop
