My first try on the Tokyo Street No.1 Japanese Cheese Tart in Malaysia. Fresh baked upon ordering and they make in a batch. You need to wait 12 minutes in each batch. I love the fresh cheese tart, melt slowly inside my mouth. Crispy fluffy tarts with warm cheese. Totally worth RM 7.90 per piece and the queue to get it. First time eating such a nice vegetables. The asparagus is fresh and the cashew nut is crunchy. Both are perfect match. Seaweed is added and a sweet chicken stock is used for the cooking.
