Whenever I think of German dishes, I will always head to Brotzeit Bier Bar & Restaurant. I am so glad that I get to indulge in many flavors of Germany at any 3 outlets in Klang Valley (Mid Valley, Sunway Pyramid and Bangsar Shopping Centre). Brotzeit is operated by Chef Helmut who are originally comes from Germany and are very talented in making creative dishes...
First time eating such a nice vegetables. The asparagus is fresh and the cashew nut is crunchy. Both are perfect match. Seaweed is added and a sweet chicken stock is used for the cooking. It also comprise of green pea and carrot slices. It is not only decorated nicely but it has a colourful combination which increase our appetite.
Pastel, a little cafe in a Setiawangsa shop-house.Tacos are also a speciality at Pastel, filled with lamb or beef for RM18 per plate of two.'Texas Burger' with hand-pressed beef patty (RM16); the tacos & burgers come with fries. Perhaps not memorable enough to specifically travel to Setiawangsa for, but probably worthwhile for folks who live or work here.

Hanjuku Cheese meaning half baked cheese. Available in 2 flavor - Original and Chocolate. It is Komugi signature dessert. I'm going to try the original flavor. It was so fluffy,creamy,light and moist. When put it in your mouth, it melt immediately and the cheese are taste good and flavorful This was really good and i can have few pieces of it Will try their chocolate flavor...

Red velvet cake and dark chocolate cheese cake . rm 10 each .. The dark chocolate is bad for me because i didnt like to eat dark chocolate while the red velvet cake is a combination with lemon . The taste is well balance...
There are variety of chinese cuisine in Ritz Carlton Hotel, Bukit Bintang, and this dish was my favourite -- li yen's signature bean curd served with honshimeiji mushrooms and spinach.. :-D The combination was good and the bean curd blended with spinach was also excellent.. (Y) Lovely texture I reckoned. The atmosphere of the place was wonderful and clean.
