Jumbo sausage. This dish consists of two large sausages, coleslaw and mashed potato. The coleslaw was fresh and tasty. The mashed potato was very smooth and creamy but the sauce for the mashed potato was very salty. It seems that their food were too salty and too sweet. They should hVe look into it. First time eating such a nice vegetables. The asparagus is fresh and the cashew nut is crunchy. Both are perfect match. Seaweed is added and a sweet chicken stock is used for the cooking.
