During the weekend, I had my lunch at The Spaghetti Farm, located at the ground floor, with a huge varieties of other food choices. But on a typical Saturday, all shops are fully occupied except this. Surprise? Let me tell you why.
Bad!

Bad!

Mince chicken spaghetti with carbonara sauce. @ RM 9.90

From the presentation, I think I know how bad it is. The sauce is too bland and watery. There is just too much noodle with too little sauce.

Chicken bolognese @ RM 9.90

The sauce is also watery but the noodle is cooked al dente. Quite chewy for me. Overall, I think the Chicken soup with parsley is the best here.

Tom, Dick & Harry's OK Aug 15, 2012

Categories : Western variety | Bar & Pub | Steaks / Chops

Another great place to chill in town for those who love night lives is Tom, Dick & Harry's. It serves all kinds of crispy food to accompany the beers and other alcoholic beverages.

We order some deep-fried food stuff to munch on with some drinks. Each crispy ball is very juicy and quite peppery and salty, meaning that it is highly seasoned. I love the way it is fried into golden brown but it is a bit dry for me, and the salty outer coating is too thick. But the drinks are light, and great for a cooling night.

Fu Li Lai Seafood Restaurant OK Aug 15, 2012

Fu Li Lai is a Chinese restaurant, for casual family dining, with plenty of tables indoors and outdoors. Specializing in seafood, the owner explains that their ingredients are of utmost freshness. In just T-shirt and shorts, I can walk in casually and begin my food journey!

Western Butter Fish (西式奶油鱼) starting from RM30

As we waited patiently, our table is slowly filled up with plenty of piping hot dishes from the kitchen. The fish is the most satisfying dish among all. Crowned with buttery egg floss, the fish comes in a whole and accompanied with generous slices of fillets. Each piece is flaky bursting in a buttery, milky sweet and savoury flavours. However, this dish is quite dry and too salty that I can't really taste the sweetness from the fresh fish. I have to go with a lot of rice there.

Lammeeya @ Paradigm Mall OK Aug 11, 2012

Lammeeya is probably one of the cheapest food I can get at Paradigm Mall, although I have heard plenty of poor reviews about this shop.

However, my experience here is a pleasant one, as I get a hot bowl of prawn noodles with chicken floss and am happy with the huge portion. The service is quite fast. Although I feel that the soup is quite bland and not so sweet with prawn flavours, I still love the tender chicken meat with smooth noodles.

Zest OK Aug 09, 2012

Categories : Italian | European | Café | Pizza/Pasta

Zest cafe is located at the upper level, and it promotes healthy method of cooking in Mediterranean way. I find the choices here quite alot but the price is quite hiked up too.

Pumpkin Soup

The pumpkin soup is slightly thick, simply more savoury with a refreshing sweet taste. The creaminess is best enjoyed with a dip of bread into the warm broth.

Zest Salad

Next comes the signature salad, which is a colorful healthy mixture of grilled vegetables crowned with three succulent pan-fried prawns. The balsamic dressing is quite light yet very appetizing for the palates. The prawns are fresh, but overall the taste is quite bland here, I hope it can be at least lightly sweet.
