Ikea Restaurant & Café Smile Jul 31, 2012

Ikea Restaurant & Café is a great place whether you opt for a hearty full meal or just some light afternoon snacks. Dining here is quite affordable and the food is organic, healthy enough for me to enjoy.

My favourite meatballs from IKEA have never failed to satisfy my palate. The Swedish Meatballs @ RM10/10pcs are very bouncy and a poke into the meat reveals juiciness. Deep flavours are developed upon dipping into the creamy salty sauce. For dessert and pastry, they are quite sweet for me though.

Pasta at Ben's Smile Jul 31, 2012

Ben's is a great place for coffee and light meal. During a lazy Sunday afternoon, I enjoy the quiet ambiance and feel so relaxed in there.

I have a simple brunch here, ordering my favourite Carbonara which comes with a lot of black olives. The pasta itself is cooked perfectly, not too soft for me. And the carbonara sauce is not as creamy but the flavours are very deep. I love the slightly salty cheese taste in it, and the bits of mushrooms are just good to give better, crunchier meal.

Shiok Kopitiam Smile Jul 31, 2012

Shiok Kopitiam has a very similar operating style like Padi House, serving all kinds of asian and international cuisine. It is easily noticeable and quite a hotspot for the corporates to dine here during lunch hours.

Meatball Pasta

The meatballs here are not very compact, but good enough to give the chewy texture although it is a little too salty for me. The tomato flavoured sauce is quite wet, but light to go with the soft pasta noodles. It is a little overcooked but still bearable.

Snogurt Smile Jul 31, 2012

Snogurt is just another yoghurt store mushrooming around Kota Damansara, but it is quite popular because the price is comparable to MooCow but not the quality yet.

I had a small cup with marshmallow, chocolate chips and gooey chocolate topping. The yoghurt texture is quite smooth, and with added chocolate, it is sweet for me to enjoy it as a dessert. The marshmallow is chewy and goes well with the light, smooth yoghurt.

Coconut Flower Seafood Restaurant Smile Jul 31, 2012

Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Seafood | Noodles

My family and I went all the way to Teluk Gong for the fresh, famous meaty crab during the weekend. Coconut Flower Seafood Restaurant is very famous among tourists, and I bet they have the best crab in Pork Klang ever.

I enjoy the light eggy batter which well-suffuses into the meaty crab. The crabs are huge in size, and the fresh meat is very juicy and succulent upon each bite. It is naturally sweet, and the sauce isn't too thick. Light enough to go with crabs and some white rice. Delicious!
