The full name of this dishes are Pan Seared Line Catch Sea Bream Fillet with Apple Black Rice Puree and Whitebait Omelette. The delicate sweet flesh contrasts nicely with the crunchy fish skin. The slightly tangy apple black rice puree helps to reduce some fullness feel of my stomach as I ate so many of courses dish.

Fish & Co is a specialty restaurant in fresh, delicious fish dishes. It is design to feel casual, relaxed and warm enviroment. The Spaghetti Pomodoro was and still my all time favorite dish. The spaghetti in homemade tomato sauce, slightly sweet and sour, it is just my type of flavor.

The softshell crabs were covered with a layer oats, then deep fried with curry leaves. They were served together with some slices of cabbage and carrots. The aroma of oats was very nice after being deep fried, this made the dish crunchy and crispy. This dish was slightly sweet and the taste was delicious.

This dishes came in the form of a quail egg, soft and creamy placed on the fresh oyster and topped with a spoon of caviar. The combination of freshness juicy oyster, creamy yolk and salty caviar was simple yet tasty. The freshness of the oysters were further enhanced by the egg yolk. I also like the luxurious addition of caviar on top!
