First of all. I would like to thank Shepherd Star for letting us using their place for our assignment recording.
Recently, i been working on an assignment with my friend which required us to go to a cafe for recording. We were thinking:' how about going Shepherd Star to record, meanwhile we could grab our dinner there?'
All agreed but we basically just bashed in people's cafe for recording without a proper or legal permission for the recording.

We all ordered our food and just started on our script discussion. And later, we just casually asked the boss if we could do our recordings here. The boss being so nice just let us use the cafe, i'm really grateful that they let us use the cafe and not asking for any return.
We did shouted and scolded people (for recording purpose) in the cafe/ They did not scold us but they do assist us on our shooting by pinjam-ing us the utensils we needed on our fighting scene.

Alright.
Let's back to the food.
it's not my first time here.
and this time. coming back here, i was sick that i don't feel like eating fried food.
And so i decided to give the salmon salad a try

It was good!
the salmon is really fresh and for this price which is less than RM15.
I think they are pretty generous on giving the salmon

The environment of the cafe is quite cozy with the warm lightings in the night .
that makes it a good combinationsmile

Oh well. Overall a smile rating from mesmile

Pan Mee grabs Smile Mar 18, 2016

Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Noodles

I do not know why recently I always ended up going to a restaurant when the restaurant of my initial plan isn't open or it's closed.
I wanted to eat the Hokkien Mee next to this restaurant but it wasn't open yet.
I walked to the shop next door which is FeiPo BanMee.
I heard from my cousin that this shop serves good Pan Mee and no harm me giving a try.
When we walk in the shop, it was rather quiet, probably because we went at that non-lunch nor dinner hour. I remembered my cousin once tapao the soup pan mee for me which I find it's good.
So this time, i thought of trying something different.
As i'm craving for something with thick gravy.
Lor Pan Mee sounds great for mesmile

Yayyyy
it's a good choice for selecting this food.
I requested for extra vinegar.
cause i truly love vinegar that much
Their pan mee truly taste good.
and the gravy just goes well unlike the light color pan mee i eat.
They do have the fungus which goes well with the Pan Mee
Although I find the price is slightly higher compared with other shops, but still.
For this quality, I willing to pay for this once in awhilesmile

Chicken Rice in Sungai Long Smile Mar 18, 2016

Categories : Chinese | Restaurant

Very often, when you wanted to grab something quick but not having the not so healthy fast food. Mix rice and chicken rice would be quite a good choice as the food is ready to eat
Despite for having short break to have our brunch before heading to do our assignment, my classmate and I decided to go to this chicken rice stall which I never been before.

Initially I was so reluctant to go, as being the typical girl, I'm worried that my hair would smell bad due to the smoke and so.
Especially after me shampoo-ing my hair so many times the day before, I am in extreme reluctancy on going to this restaurant. But tada. my hair doesn't smell bad after that.
This is a plus point for this restaurant now.
Big crowd waiting for their food

I did not managed to snap my food as I was too hungry. When the food comes, I have no time to feed my camera. All I did was munching whatever I could.
But at least I managed to snap the interior pictures of the restaurant.

Here we go, first of all. I would say I love their services as they didn't keep the customers waiting long. As we were waiting for our rice to be served, they have already served the chicken soup on our table. Having the warm soup is such a good appetizer for our meal, another plus point here.

I ordered Char Siew rice which is RM5.50 and my friend ordered chicken rice at RM5.
We both find the chicken rice here is good and so the soup.
Will definitely come back here again, but this isn't a place for you to stay long as you would ended up awkwardly sitting there while everyone else waiting for their seats.
So, kindly leave your butt from the seats once you finished eatingsmile

Supplementary Information:
This restaurant is at the same row and a few stalls next to Niko Niko Onigiri

This is the best makan spot in Subang Jaya.
I love this place so much
I can't wait to come back here again to share more about other foods.

This place is one of my favourite lepak spot.
and they serve really good Signature Salted Egg Fried Rice here.

This is a must-try in Food Industrie.
When the rice served on my table, the pungent smell of the salted egg made me can't wait to try the rice and so, the photo was taken only after me having few spoons of it.

The staff here is good.
The place is clean.
The place is cozy.
The place serves GOOD FOOD!

This rice's portion is so big I have to share with my friend.
I love how they have nice paintings on the wall, and the simple deco on the tables.

You would see how this place filled with crowd in the afternoon, especially after class time.
I am amazed seeing this place, next to it, there's a hipster cafe named Grey Sky Morning.
I would check out this place again share more after trying and explore this gem in Subang Jaya

Kajang Attractions Smile Feb 29, 2016

Categories : Malaysian variety | Kopitiam

After settling my bills in Majlis Perbandaran Kajang, I decided to tour around/ driving blindly to be exact.
I thought of I could have my lunch there since I already drove all the way to Kajang.
Oh well.
I was trapped in the jam by following the big crowd turning in to the Plaza Kajang.
But as I was trapping in the traffic, I found the restaurant named Restoran Malaysia which I remembered my friend brought me here once.

I told my friend that we should try out this place as according to what I remembered, they serve really good Satay Ikan.
I'm lucky enough that I found a good parking right in front of the restaurant. So from the "jam-in the traffic doing nothing status", immediately I found myself a shelter:')

We ordered 8 cucuk of Satay Ikan at RM1.50 per stick.
The satay rice at RM1 each.
I would say the satay is a bit pricy but it taste so good as other places always offer Satay Ayam or Kambing or Lembu.
I hardly see people who sell Satay Ikan.
The fish is so smooth and I just love this place so muchsmile

We sat outside the store, which is so near to the barbecue pit.
Story behind: We saw the summon-lady, but having our car parked at the illegal parking, actually not illegal, but we were so lazy to walk and pay our parking coupons, I gave lame excuses to sit outside the restaurant to keep an eye on the summon lady for not coming near my car

Result: My friend and I became the human satay, after having all the smokes fly towards us.

Disclaimed for all: Find a proper parking to avoid being a human satay.

We too ordered Kopi Ais: RM2
and Milo Kosong Panas: RM 2.30
But, We did not order the timun(cucumber) as shown in the picture.
And they charged us 50 cents for that:/
Next time do tell them that you do not want the timun if you're not having them.
Do not let them charge you blindly ya

Chicken Satay at RM 0.90 each
Beef Satay at RM1.00 each
Kambing Satay RM1.50 each

Sad story: GST charges in this restaurant toosad

Supplementary Information:
Off on Tuesday

Recommended Dish(es):  satay ikan
