Cantonese Cheong Fun with Yao Char Guai (Char Leung)
This is a combination of Yao Cha Guai and chee cheong fun. The yao char guai is wrapped beneath the chee cheing fun served with the chee cheong fun sauce. The yao char guai is still very crispy outside and soft inside whereas the chee cheong is thin. This is a very special dish for those who had not been to Hong Kong to try out.

Kon Lou Mien with Roasted Pork and Char Siew
The noodles are served with thick dark brown sauce which tasted salty and a bit sweet. A bowl of light clear soup is provided too along with this dish. The roasted pork was crispy and the meat was tender whereas the Char Siew was half lean half fat, very delightful dish.

Roasted Chicken / RM1 Chicken
The chicken really cost only RM 1, definitely cheap. The skin was crispy and the meat was drumstick so it was really smooth and soft. The chicken is roasted with some salt and seasoning spices which I don't know what are they. But this is definitely a cheap and delicious dish.

BBQ Pork Bun (Chan Pau)
The shiny surface is layer of honey. This is a bun filled with BBQ pork (char siew) inside. The char siew inside was half lean half fat. They were very tender and juicy. The bun was also filled with a little amount of the char siew sauce so that it is not too dry to be eaten.
