The skin was thick and yet it was still delicious as the vegetables wrapped inside contain a little portion of tasty soup, so this dim sum is still delicious.Abalone Siew Mai.
The siew mai skin was thin, inside was prawns and chicken meat. The abalone was chewy and tasty of course.

A crispy layer of thin "waffle" filled with cream, chocolate and strawberries all around. The strawberries was sourish sweet in taste. The chocolate was so so so sticky and delicious. You will sure enjoy this dish very much just like I do
