Noble House Restaurant, a Chinese Restaurant located along Jalan Delima Off Jalan Tun Razak. This place caters for wedding dinner, corporate dinner as well as usual family dinner. The interior is grand, spacious with luxury settings that somehow set the restaurant as a place for expensive dining.During my visit there for a wedding dinner, I had their Five Prosperity Platter (五福臨門. Among all, I liked the deep fried taufu the most. Homemade, the taufu had a light crispiness outer layer, encasing the inner soft and subtle inner filling.The deep fried chicken was good too. A bite through the chicken gave a crispy sound with juiciness of chicken bursting from inside, tender in texture, addictive for munch. Good.

Opened since 2003 in Mont Kiara Shoplex, Ramen Taiko is a restaurant specialized in Japanese Ramen and Cuka dishes. The restaurant went through premise renovation and improved menu last year, and later welcomed their customers with a brand new look of interior, which is more cozy, spacious and comfortable. The interior is accompanied by comfortable light with soft background music, great for casual dining. My visit there was a pleasure one, and I highly recommended their Chashu- a platter of BBQ pork, cabbage and BBQ sauce. Thinly sliced, the Chashu was sinfully delicious, with equal layer of fat and lean meat. Added on with smoky and flavourful taste, thanks to the BBQ sauce that drizzled over.

The weather was so hot, so we painfully skipped the hot bevarage with pretty latte art and picked a glass of iced mochacino. We were happy that our iced mochacino was beautifully served too, tasted soothingly thick and rich. Just a little more chocolaty we would mistakenly think that it was iced chocolate.

Watami Japanese Casual Restaurant, a restaurant under Watami Group that owns more than 600 restaurants developed in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Shenzhen and Shanghai has received great feedback from diners since their opening in Malaysia few years ago. Watami Restaurant provides casual and comfortable dining restaurant, with wooden elements and red colour as decoration themes.I tried out the Chicken Katsu Tamago Toji, which is highly recommended by many. Indeed, I would also recommend this dish to others after trying out. Came in large portion, the chicken katsu was thick, juicy and tender, with a layer of crispy breaded skin that add extra crunchy texture to the whole dish. The egg, which is meant to served in half done over the chicken, was soft and smooth, giving a contrasting texture to the meat.This dish was ala-carte and didn't come with rice. So I get a bowl of regular size rice at RM4.90 to go with the delicious Chicken Katsu, as eating the dish alone will be too heavy and greasy. A bowl of fluffy Japanese rice will be good to balance up the heaviness.

Food Republic is a clean, elegant food court located on the second floor of the New Wing, Rainforest. The 13,000sq ft food atrium can occupy 550 customers at full capacity and has 15 tenants with an interesting mix of cuisines ranging from Malay, Chinese, Japanese, Middle Eastern, Western, Taiwanese and Malaysian. This food court is designed with sleekly modern white interior, unique design I gave a try to their Chicken Rice from Hong Kong Roast Stall. Didn't put much expectation on the chicken rice at first, but I was wrong. I was surprised with the delicious chicken when I had the first bite on it. Perfectly roasted with glossy skin, the meat was so tender, flavourful, and juicy, much better than I expected to be. Rice was full flavoured from the chicken stock infused within, definitely a satisfying pairing of chicken rice and roasted chicken.
