After more than 1400 outlets around the world, McCafe, a coffee-house-style food and chain owned by Mcdonald's, has finally landed in Malaysia. One of it is located inside a 24-hours McDonald's at Kota Damansara, nearby a housing area. This opening has no doubt brought in a brand new coffee experience to Mcdonald's customers, after serving fast food for decades. Cappucino (RM4.50 - 8oz)
I ordered the cappucion of 8oz, served in tall hot mug. Indulge in the cappuccino that is blanketed with a layer of beautifully cocoa-dusted froth, I get comforted by the taste of rich, aromatic McCafe espresso with silky steamed milk. Lovely. Will visit again to try out other coffee.

The Shepherdoo, is a restaurant and lounge serving Tex-Mex cuisines.The entire restaurant is not big, and is separate into indoor and outdoor dining. Using dominant white colour for walls, the restaurant is cozy and homey, allowing you to sit back comfortably while having your meals.The Shepherdoo’s Tapas Platter (RM29.90)
We kicked off the meal with The Shepherdoo’s Tapas Platter which has a portion that is good for sharing. It consists of crispy deep fried calamari, peri-peri chicken, corn chips with tomato salsa sauce, Quesadilla de Hongo and smoky Buffalo Wings one platter. Addictive and flavourful for every bite.Patatas Bravas (RM8.90)
We also tried Patatas Bravas, another starter that comes in small portion but can be very filling. It has fried baby potatoes cooked in a spicy sauce with tomatoes, garlic, smoked chili sauce and lemon aioli. The big chunks of potato tastes earthy in a good way, with creamy and rich flavor.

Located right opposite to Tesco Paradigm Mall, Bobalicious is an ideal place for grabbing a healthy drinks or quick meal after a fruitful grocery shopping at Tesco. Although the shop is small with only a few tables for dine in, the menu is prepared with care and take away is always welcomed when the place is full.Egg Mayo Sandwich (RM7.90)
While healthy fruit drinks are their main offer, there is also some mains to cater your hungry stomach. f you prefer some light but healthy mains, try on the egg mayo sandwich. It has three layers bread sandwiched with ham, cheese, eggs and vegetable, cut into triangular shape and served together with nachos. Simple yet filling.

Housed at the same row with Tea Garden, In House Cafe and Tong Pak Fu, Smashies Burger is easy to be spotted from its big, catchy yellowish shop sign. Opened in early of April, Smashies Burger is still in the soft launching period, and opened only from 6.00pm till 11.30pm everyday.We were there to check out their burger last Sunday, and glad to find that they were having good business. The entire shop wasn't spacious, but cozy and comfortable for burger hunt.Happy Cow (RM16.99)
We discovered the Happy Cow burger- Orange bun, single beef patty, single cheese, caramelised onion with beef bacon. Smashies prepared their own patty freshly, 2 hours before they opened for business everyday, so there is no worry on non-fresh patties. And they don't keep their patties overnight. Biting through the Happy Cow, I agreed that it was truly delicious, a satisfying munch of fluffy bun, thick juicy patty with creamy cheese, fragrant onions, and crispy beef bacon. Fat loaded but truly enjoyable.

The shop is located along the busy street in Bangsar Baru, a few shops away from La Bodega and below Mirror Fashion Galley. Antipodean serves quality coffee roasted at their own cafe by Indonesia's top speciallity roaster.Iced Mochacino (RM10)
The weather was so hot, so we painfully skipped the hot bevarage with pretty latte art and picked a glass of iced mochacino. We were happy that our iced mochacino was beautifully served too, tasted soothingly thick and rich. Just a little more chocolaty we would mistakenly think that it was iced chocolate.
