Be lohas is selling organic healthy cuisine. Currently more and more people are stressing on eating healthy. So why not shop at this shop at Taipan and have your very healthy meal. Its like the normal organic shop, just front half of the shop is made into a cafe. Tables and chairs are places, and cooked organic meals are served.

This is the cantonese style yee mee. Tofu is used instead of egg in this delicious healthy meal. It is cooked with all organic vegetables and soy meat. The noodle is springy and the sauce that is made from tofu really taste so nice. You will never realize you are actually eating healthy food. It tasted like normal non organic food. Who say organic food can't be tasty right?

I've been driving around Taipan wondering what to have dinner and i saw this organic shop that serves food. Well actually you might have heard of this shop before, it is a famous organic chain store and has many outlets in klang valley. However, this branch in Taipan served cooked food. So i decided to be haelthy for today and opt for organic vegetarian food.

I ordered the set that consists of a small portion of vege, a cup of apple cider vinegar and your main meal.

To my supprise, they gave free spirulina tables too. This is the tables, 2 tables for each person.

I ordered Soy Fish Oat Porridge. The porridge is made from oat, cooked till soft and fine, you can't really taste the oat and for me it much taste like your normal porridge. The fish is vegetarian fish made from soy and they also put all kinds of vegetables in the porridge. You can taste that the food there has minimal seasoning to make it healthy. Will go for more next time=)

This is another round going to Plan B, this time its for dinner.

Now they have a buka puasa Set for 2 for only RM 89.90. The picture looks nice! May be i'll try that the next trip=)

Napkins with the logo printed on it.lol

I ordered watermelon juice rm 10. Freshly squeeze, all juices are served without sugar so you can really taste the sweetness from the real fruit. Very refreshing.

For my main i ordered Home made salt beef sandwich. It comes with their home made chips, salad and the sandwich it self.

This is the close up picture of the chips. Fried till crunchy, the chips are actually made from all kinds of potato and Yam. There are the normal potato, sweet orange potato, Japanese purple potato, and even yams. Once start eating, you can never stop!mad

This is the salad that they give together with the sandwich. There are all kind of nuts together with the greens. the sauce is different with the normal salad sauce, i cant taste what it is but is has a Indian curry powder taste. Crunchy and nice!

Last it would be the beef sandwich RM 21. Unlike other sandwiches that you ate outside, this this made from wholemeal bread, and it is steam not toasted! it makes the bread soft and warm. the beef is really tender with minimal seasoning. They also spread some mustard on the bread and it gives a tangy taste. They also give u half a pickle and i cut the pickle into thin slices and ate it with the bread! so nice.....lol

Lunch @ plan B  Smile Aug 14, 2012

This is my 1st time visiting Paradigm Mall, and i headed here to watch a movie here. Before the movie me and my friend headed to Plan B for our lunch!

This is my 1st time dining in Plan B, I've read so many review about this restaurant with the unique design and layout, i really am looking forward to my meal here!

This is how the restaurant looks like from the outside. With a very big B word!

This is the menu layout, simple yet gives you a very artistic feeling. Plan B is serves western food with some local delicacies. In the menu you can see from breakfast menus, to sandwiches, burgers, pastas and a lot more. On the menu, there is the design like a stamp and a slogan of "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade".

The atmosphere of the restaurent is quite unique and vintage. There are several screens playing vintage movies, all furniture are in brown warm colour. They use a lot of black colour with the walss and some decorations to give it an edgy feeling.

I ordered a latte RM8. Actually for RM8 i would aspect a rather taller or bigger glass. They serve in a short glass where normally restaurants serve sky juice in. The latte is served without sugar and they serve a separate cup of brown sugar. This way you can adjust the sweetness of the latte you wanted. The latte is milky with a scent of coffee, when you drink it, it give your stomuch a warm feeling.

For my main i ordered a salad with chopped chicken RM20. I had heavy breakfast on that day, so i wanted something light. There are crunchy romaine lettuces, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and they add in pears to give it a sweet taste. In the salad they also add in Crispy turkey bacon, chopped chicken breast and some Pungent blue cheese. It is actually a very big portion. lol All of the ingredients goes well and it tasted really good.

I would try out more food here next time=)

I'm from Penang and I am a laksa lover. I've been in Kl for 3 years and so sad to say I've never had a descend laksa in KL. But few months ago in Asia Cafe in SS15, there is a newly open Laksa stall originally from Penang Ayer Itam Pasar!

I've tried it a few times but did not manage to take pictures and post it, as i always am to hungry and faters goggle everything up. Yesterday i tah bau again, so i decided to write this post to share with you guy out there.

This stall is at the corner lot facing INTI college. As you can see from the stall it has all the printings of the original stall in Penang Ayer Itam. They sell Asam Laksa and also Curry mee ( Curry laksa)

Asia cafe is actually a very big food court that have a variety of stall from local food, western, japanese, korean, arabic, seafood and more. You name it, they actually got it.

I ordered to be take away, so this is the picture of the noodles and vegetables. The portion of the noodle is actually quite small and i asked for more vegetables. In Penang, the noodle prtion is even smaller compared what you get in KL. If you feel it's not filing enough, you always can ask for more noodles.

As you can see from the picture with the soup and the noodles, and there is a lot of fish bits. They cooked the fish until is it all into bits of small small pieces. and when you drink the soup you can taste in every mouth there is fish there.

The soup is sour and a bit spicy, just like the ones i always have in Penang. The noodle is chewy and bouncy when you bite into it. it is a very satisfying meal if you are looking to have something sour! Because of the small portion, it will be great if eaten as TEA! mad

For the price of this laksa i would rate it quite expensive as it is RM5 for a bowl. I think i can eat 2 bowls in some places in Penang fro rm5=)

But for the sake of the yummy goodness, you should try!mad
