这600g重石甲鱼，经过酥炸后铺上阿叁酱汁和伴着洋葱，灯笼椒，番茄和羊角豆。
干身的阿叁鱼我还是第一次吃呢！！
味道是还ok啦！只不过觉得味道好像..........出不来。
怎么说呢？？可能是酸度还不够吧！！
不过味道真的算是ok的！

新加坡驰名的辣椒蟹，这里也有得吃，但是味道地道没就不知道了，
因为这也是我第一次吃新加坡辣椒蟹。
味道和甜酸（sweet & sour）的味道有点像！
但是酸甜煮法的味道比较着重于酸甜味，就是比较酸比较甜。
而这辣椒螃蟹是很温和的酸甜还有小辣，应该说吃到辣椒的时候才会很辣吧！
这样不是太重的酸辣甜味，反而特出了螃蟹的鲜甜。
总的来说，味道很不错，而且他们给的酱汁也很多，
除了可以让喜欢酱汁捞饭的人捞饭，还能拿面包或馒头蘸着来吃。
真的不错！不错！

港式避风塘炒蟹是香港有名的菜式，我才第一次吃呢，如果不算那个椒盐鸡翅的话！
怎么这么说？？？？
就..............因为味道口感和外表就一模一样啊！！
唯一不同的就是这个是螃蟹，那个是鸡翅，还有那个是用辣椒，这个是用指天椒！！
说到螃蟹，这餐馆用的都是斯里兰卡青蟹，还是很大一只（XXL）！！
肉很多，肉质扎实，又新鲜，很鲜甜美味~~

这河粉材料有虾仁和鸡肉，加上韭菜和炸洋葱提味。
看似普通一碗怡保河粉，其实.....它......还是普通一碗怡保河粉！tonguetonguetongue
只不过很喜欢它汤头的清甜，吃了后不会觉得口渴。
口渴？！就是味精太多的原因啊！所以....该明白我的意思了吧？！

咖喱面是Uncle Chong's Kitchen 招聘菜之一。
很大一碗，里面有蛤蜊（siham），豆腐卜，虾仁、鸡肉块、芽菜和薄荷叶。
这咖喱面很好味，不会太辣，椰浆也不会说过于浓稠，味道适中！
至于油腻....我是觉得还好啦！！
