Easy Day Sandwich Smile Apr 04, 2013

I proceed to browse through some food inside the glass shelf (they haven't switch on the light inside the shelf yet so I need to be like a chinese lady and squeeze my eyes a little to browse through everything). I choose Easy Day Sandwich simply because it contains egg! Yeah, I a person who cannot live without egg in the morning. An additional plus will be the whole grain bread and some minced chicken inside.

At RM 7.50, this is consider an ok price for me according to Starbucks standard. At O'Briens it will cost approximately double the price. Talking about branding I mean. The barista heated the sandwich before they serve it to me. I love the way how the Barista care to ask me whether I need a chili sauce or ketchup as most of the Starbucks barista will just proceed to heat the sandwich and give it to you right away. I requested for chili sauce and mayonaise but since they didn't have any mayonaise, he gave me the Japanese sesame salad dressing instead. That's my favorite dressing and it never fails to make my homemade salad so finger licking good!
Yummy

Yummy

What I do is mix both sesame salad dressing and chili sauce together and yum! It is so freaking delicious! Yeah, I'm a weird eater. But you can try it next time I'm sure it will leave a smile on your face.

If you are looking for a restaurant that surrounded by nature, Samira by Asian Terrace will be your best choice! Located inside KLPAC in Sentul, you will be greeted by the wonder of green nature and some Koi fish lake. It's surrounding is perfect for family outing away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We started off with Samira Thai’s Fish Cake at RM16.00 for five pieces of fish cakes. It comes with Thai sweet and spicy sauce which goes really well with the fish cakes. The fish cakes were very flavourful and juicy. I love the way the chef demonstrate his/ her skill in crafting the flower out of a carrot. It is really beautiful and delicate.

Next, we tried Samira's Thai Hor Mok. Hor Mok is like Otak- otak in Malaysia but it is more milky and fishy with some thick coconut milk on top. The best way to eat Hor Mok is to scoop from the top to the bottom. That way, you may have the real taste of Hor Mok which includes fish, squids, prawn, coconut, chili and some other fresh herbs all in one.

As the flavor is quite on the heavy side if taste on its own, it is best to take it together with rice. A plate of Samira's Thai Hor Mok is priced at RM 23.00.

As a fan of soft shell crab, we won't miss the opportunity to order a plate of Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab with Mayonaise for our food tasting session.

The Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab with Mayonaise comes in 6 small cut pieces with some Japanese mayonaise on top and some salad. The soft shell crab is really crunchy and nice! We end up order another plate as it is that delicious!tongue

Pumpkin soup Smile Feb 28, 2013   (Related Review)

I decided to try this restaurant due to its tagline “King of Good Food” and also after browsing through the menu and found the price is really affordable.

I started off with some Pumpkin soup, which cost RM 6.90 a bowl. The pumpkin soup is surprisingly thick and smell good due to some herbs as well. I added a little bit of black pepper before taking a sip and gosh, it tasted really nice. It must be much better if there are some garlic bread to dip inside the thick soup.
