My friend suggested this restaurant for New Year Dinner when my sister told her that she wanted to have some western foods like Pasta, Spaghetti or Pizza and everyone agreed to go there for dinner. Antonio's is located at Taman Tun DR Ismail that is very near to my house but I didn't know about their existence until my friend told me. Antonio's is an Italian restaurant. We were welcomed by the staff at the entrance and seated us on the 4 pax table. The ambiance of the restaurant was classy and good. A couple of people occupied the restaurant when we arrived at 7pm but it stared filling up after that. We ordered Grilled Salmon, House Special Pizza, Paella Valencia and Peppermint Tea.

Complimentary bread with olive oil. Good starter before the meal.

Peppermint Tea @ RM 4 (Unlimited Refills)

House Special Pizza was yummy. It even tasted delicious after it cools down, not like some pizza where it would taste rubbery and chewy once cool down. Moreover, it has a good creamy taste.

House Special Pizza @ RM 33

Grilled Salmon was simply delicious. Salmon was beautifully cooked with crunchy salmon skin and the sauce gives an additional kick to the salmon. My boyfriend favourite dish now.

Grilled Salmon @ RM 36

Paella Valencia was okay. There is generous amount of seafood’s and vegetables in it but be careful with the Clam shell as there are small pieces of the shells in the food. It can be shared by 3people (small eaters) instead of 2.

Paella Valencia @ RM 70

Complimentary Drink to wash down the foods.

It was perfect New Year Dinner to welcome the rest of the year and wonderful gift exchange with my Boyfriend, Sister and friend. Thanks to my sister for the special gifts. Good and friendly service. Sure drop by again for their pizza and Grilled Salmon. Little hidden gem located nearby my house. Thanks to my friend for the lovely recommendation. We loved it!!!

I planned to go supper with my boyfriend and sister but the problem is we don’t know what to eat for supper? Suddenly I remembered about my friend who was nonstop posting Nasi Lemak Bumbung pictures in Instagram therefore we decided to go there for supper. Nasi Lemak Bumbung is located at Seapark, PJ (Nearby Maybank). It is very easy to be spotted with crowded people enjoying the foods. The restaurant is an open space area. The tables and chairs are placed in the backyard and the corridor of the buildings. The menu are super simple like Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng, Maggie goreng, Indo Mee and Beverages. I ordered Nasi Lemak Biasa, Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng, Maggie Goreng and 2 Teh Tarik.
Teh Tarik was good to have with Nasi Lemak.

Maggie Goreng tasted okay as it was served cold and lack of flavouring.

Ayam Goreng was a bit dry maybe it was pre fried earlier to supply the demand but it has a good flavour.

Nasi Lemak was served with Anchovies, Peanuts, Cucumber, Telur Mata and a dallop of Sambal. It flavourful and mild spicy at the same time.

It was good supper for us. The foods are delicious but I hope they can serve them hot in future. As I managed to get seat nearby the Kitchen I managed to see them preparing eggs nonstop (Minimum 40 eggs) during my eating process. The total bill was RM 14.50 for foods and drinks which are consider cheap.

My sister was attracted to the Fish & Co and then she made up her mind to have dinner at Fish & Co. Fish & Co is located at Lower Ground, 1 Utama Shopping Centre. We were welcomed by the staff at the entrance and he seated us in the 2 pax table. Once seated he explained us about the CIMB promotion they are having now. After going through the menu, my sister ordered Swiss Fish & Chips as it got all her favourite Butter, Cheese, Lemon and Garlic. Sounds good right!! I suggested to my sister to add on RM 9.39 for a Drink and Soup of the Day to make it a complete meal.

Peach + Soda= Refreshing

I loved their soup of the day. It was creamy and it is always a better idea to have it before the meal.

A good Fish & Chips is hard to beat. The fish was fresh, tender, juicy and they got all the flavour right. It just melts in our mouth. We loved it.

Swiss Fish & Chips @ RM 20.71

It was super good dinner for us. Everything was perfect from the service to the food. They are having 10% discount from CIMB bank (Credit Card and Debit Card). Good hang out with my sister but so sad my iPhone was sent to Apple Service Centre for repair and I hope for the best that I can get it as soon as possible.

When I was searching for a good food at Desa Sri Hartamas, I came across this particular cafe that has a very good review. After my dessert at Honey Crème, I went to Mei By Fat Spoon for lunch. The cafe is located at the corner lot of the building and they don’t have a big signboard to guide to the cafe therefore have a close look at the glass door as they stick their menu on the walls and that’s how I find this cafe during my visit. They serve appetizers, pasta, rice dishes, side dishes and beverages. The ambiance of the cafe was cozy and I enjoy having my foods under the sunshine instead of facing the walls. A couple of people occupied the cafe when we arrived but it started filling up around 12.30pm for lunch. I ordered Ox Tongue Rice (Mirin Sauce), Small Lemongrass Chicken Pop and Peach White Tea Pot after struggling on what to choose from the menu.

Peach White Tea Pot was food and good to have with their foods.

Peach White Tea Pot @ RM 8.49

Ox Tongue Rice (Mirin Sauce) tasted as good as it looks. They have 2 types of sauce to for this dish, Soy Sauce and Mirin Sauce. I asked the staff for recommendation and his recommendation was Mirin Sauce so I just choose that. It was flavoursome and every spoon has a generous amount of meat in it. I really enjoyed it.

Ox Tongue Rice (Mirin Sauce) @ RM 21.70

Fried Chicken is served with mayonnaise and lemon. Squeeze the lemon over the chicken and eat them together with the rice. It was simply delicious. My sister loved the salad and to my surprise she even finished her whole plate of salad “I almost wanted to faint the moment I saw it”

Small Lemongrass Chicken Pop @ RM 16.98

For me, Miso Soup is like a mix of Miso Soup and ABC that goes perfectly well instead of normal seaweed Miso Soup. They have done some weird combination that actually works. Very comforting soup. Each dish is served with a bowl of soup.

It was a perfect lunch for us. Delicious food and friendly service but be prepared to spend RM 20-RM 30 per person during your visit but the food deserves it for me. Wonderful Japanese meal after such a long time.

My friend recommended Annalakshmi to me, when I told her about my cravings for Briyani. As it was Saturday night it only took us 20 minutes to reach Brickfields from Petaling Jaya (No Traffic Jam), where my normal journey early in the morning will took about 40 minutes to reach KL Sentral. Annalakshmi is located at Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur and I am sure many of you guys know them for their special charity event " Eat as many you want and pay as you wish" but now they changed their concept to Buffet and Ala-Carte menu to avoid people misusing their charity programme. We are welcomed by the grandpa at the entrance and he seated us in the 4pax table. Once seated, you can start taking your own food from the buffet counter and they also have Chapatti, Naan (Butter Naan, Garlic Naan & Plain Naan) and Poori included in the buffet but you have to order this to the person in charge as this will only be prepared upon order. The ambiance was good. Lovely classical background music was playing while enjoying the foods.

1 round.

Poori was delicious and don't worry it was not spicy. Just red in colour.

Garlic Naan was soft and has good garlic taste.

The food was so good that I went for 2 round!!

It was a perfect dinner for us. RM 20 per person for dinner buffet and drinks are not included in the buffet. Foods are lovely home cooked meal and it is like I am dining in my own house. My favourites are their Pal Payasam, Idly, Sambar, Chutney, Rasam, Yogurt, Paan, Naan and Pori.

Tips: Please bear in mind that you are not allowed to wear shorts, sleeveless and japan slipper to dine-in.
