This was our first try at this yellow painted house, Yella Fork. It is an Aussie influenced Asian Fusion Cafe. They claim that no MSG, no preservatives in their dishes and all the sauces are homemade.
For me, Forkai Hawaii was served in a quite generous portion. A thick slab of grilled chicken breast was sandwiched between two thick burger buns, drizzled with their homemade lemon pepper mayonnaise. As for the grilled chicken breast, it was a bit hard for me and I would personally prefer it to be more tender and juicy. But, the caramelized pineapple sandwhiched together with chicken breast was an extra shinning point to the overall. The caramelized pineapple was grilled to just right without losing its sweetness and juiciness. It really helped adding more flavor to every bites. The burger also came with the shoestring fries and salad. The sides are okay but not mind-blowing.
Chick Leek the Shroom was an Asian fusion pasta. The ingredients, fettucine, mushrooms, leek, chicken slices were stir fried in wok with creamy sauce and the taste turned out to be quite local like something similar to wet style fried noodles. It tasted quite salty to me and this was not impressing.
