salted rye brownie  Smile May 14, 2016

Had the First Crack; sunny side up egg on top of a toasted brioche and flat white with the Milk Killer Blend of Brazil Santa Lucia and Colombia El-Pital. Coffee was satisfying with notes of nutty almonds and creamy . The OG was their homemade sourdough waffles served with butter and syrup. It’s quite an acquired taste when it comes to sourdough!

Black French toast croissant; french toast dipped in black sesame egg batter, served with caramelized nuts, strawberry 🍓, vanilla ice cream, and salted egg yolk sauce🍳 & Farmer's Pancake; pancakes with hash brown, ham, mushroom and sunny side up egg for our early lunch! And Passionfruit Chocolate Earl Grey mousse for our sweet tooth. Didn't quite like the jelly like orange flavour in the cake itself. The chocolate mousse was fine!

mookata and jim jom. Smile May 11, 2016

visited this mookata place in Old Klang Road and  decided to give a try on their Mookata and Jim Jom ( steamboat).

The best part about this is that you can enjoy both barbecue and hotpot at the same time!! smile the unusual part is that they use pork lard instead of our usual oil or butter for barbecue and is served with a number of spicy sauces like green chili, dry chili, chili padi and etc.

we chose the pork and chicken for barbeque and seafood for the jim jom.
love how flavourful the soup becomes after adding all the seafood and also the green vegetables and the mushrooms provided.

Sunday slow brunch. had the Sawadi- Crab Burger, Eggs Norwegian,The Big Breakfast Bash& Sweet Mash of Mine. Digging the newly introduced Sawadi- Crab burger; charcoal bun with soft shell crab, Thai mayo and mango salsa&of course the sweet potato fries! The bun was so fluffy and not dry unlike most charcoal buns do.
Coffee was super pleasant, had the Kenyan Gathaiti& it was packed full of green apple 🍏 acidity& tea like finishing. Colombia La Falda in the cappuccino which tasted like toffee and dark chocolate!
