They have a copy of instruction, basically guide you on how to eat with each different sauces they provide.

The meat they served is succulent, and whilst if you dip those fresh meat into beaten raw egg and dipping into the boiling stock, and topping with misotare sauce ; the taste just so heavenly.
Personally I like the Ponzu ( Shoyu with vinegar ), because dipping with it vegetables make it taste more sweeter and melt in your tongue.
Where else the meat (lamb or beef ) is best served with misotare sauce. Some sense of spice and miso dwelling in your senses! You just can keep on ordering those fresh slice meat over and over again and of course don’t waste your table food yup.
You even can create your own dipping sauce. This restaurant serve premium pasteurized egg, and to enjoy, simply dip freshly cooked meat into egg.
What I love most is the vegetables - mushroom, cabbage , raddish, carrot add flavor to your stock. And the best part is to finish your stock with fresh udon or soba!
Icing on the cake will be the dessert = Japanese ice cream. Sprinkle some peanut chips or jelly to enjoy.
