Pizza hut is running this new promotion now, only each day of the week, there are three food that are going half price, so my family decided to head down and try it out. We ordered our usual pizza and two of the 50% Oven Baked Cookie Sundae. I specifically told the girl that took our order to serve the desserts later. However before our pizza even came, the manager brought out the two Oven Baked Cookie Sundae. I told him i told his staff to serve it later. Apparently there was no communications among the staff there as the manager was not aware. so he kindly brought it back.

After our meal, i asked for the desserts to be served. To my HORROR, this came out. The ice cream was melted, the cookie looked soggy, visually i dun think it looks appealing. My daughter exclaimed "Oh my gosh!" as she looked at the horrid state. the female manager not only did not offer to change it, she happily told us that it would taste sweet. I dunno if she was acting blur and refuse to change it or she was just plaint ignorant. Totally disappointed with the staff here.

Lack of communication and result in us customer having to suffer. SO UPSETTING.

I am appalled at just how bad the service at this stall is. I ordered two cups of Oolong Green MILK tea for this older stall assistant. they took really LONG to prepare my drinks. and when they served me my drinks, it was Oolong Grean tea, no milk. when i told the young girl that handed me the drink, she turned around and told the older woman(the one that took my order) that my drink was wrong. Instead of apologising for giving me the wrong drink, she raised her voice and insisted I ordered Oolong Green Tea. i repeated that I ordered with milk, after which she ROLLED HER EYES at me and turned her back. WHAT AWFUL SERVICE! SO RUDE!!

even the younger girl felt EMBARRASSED by her colleagues POOR SERVICE ATTITUDE and RUDE BEHAVIOUR and she repeatedly apologise to us. Not being able to put up with that staff's NONSENSE AND RUDENESS, we took the wrong drinks and left. It did not taste nice at all, dunno was it our mood affected the taste or just that the drink was bitter. we only drink like one quarter and threw it away. it is like RM4.90 x 2 = RM9.80 wasted!

I had many occurrences at other bubble tea stalls where the staff made wrong drinks, they KINDLY OFFERED to REMAKE THE DRINK with a SMILE and some even GAVE US THE WRONG DRINK as a TOKEN OF APOLOGY.

a note to the rude staff, YOU ARE WORKING IN THE SERVICE LINE, IT IS YOUR DUTY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE!

After shopping for groceries with my mother, we decided to sit down at this café for a drink and rest our exhausted legs. I ordered a cup of Teh Susu. I found the teh a little diluted. It did not have much tea fragrance. The susu made the drink taste very smooth. it was not too sweet which was a good thing, but I guess I was not really satisfied.

I decided to takeaway nando's so i could eat in the comfort of my home. i ordered the quarter meal which comprises of two sides and the chicken. i opted for the mild peri peri. The sauce was packed in sachet form and not mixed with the chicken. for my sides i choice corn on the cob and coslaw. the coslaw was not too impressive cos the cabbage was too coarsely cut already. the corn on the cob was not too bad, but i wish for more buttery taste. the chicken was a little bit small but it was not too bad.

After a very savoury meal, I was pretty thirsty and I got myself a drink from tea one bubble tea stall. I wanted to give those milk tea a skip so I opted for their honey lemon. I was kind of disappointed with the honey lemon. It was a little too sour for my liking. apparently the girl did not add enough honey to balance out the sourness. I only drank half a cup and could not take the acidity anymore. It was also pretty expensive for my this drink, RM5 actually!
