Chicken Parmigiana ala Mexicano was a Mexican type of breaded chicken. It was made from fresh chicken breast which baked with red tomato sauce plus melted cheese.
It was served with yummy marinated curly fries and fresh greens salad as side dish. The non oily chicken meat was so tender and juicy the sticky cheese. The red tomato gave some mild sourly taste to the chicken.
