Waffle @ Haagen Daz Smile Jun 29, 2013

When we talk about ice cream, there are a few ice cream shops in our mind.
However, which one of them can give you a real satisfaction?
Most of the ice cream dessert left a 65% satisfaction results because there are either too sweet nor too much to finish after dinner.

Haagen daz's menu has a better choice!

For this waffle, I have chosen milk choc, belgium choc, green tea and one yogurt favours. With the yogurt/ fruits fav ice cream blended up with the sweet yet addicting chocolates ice creams , chewing all with crispy waffles, the whole combination was GREAT! I don't feel too stuffy nor too sweet till boring while having the whole dessert on my own after a heavy dinner (took rice meal before that).

Sashimi @Kampachi Smile Jun 29, 2013

Kampachi has the best sashimi for now. Kampachi is somewhere near to my office and when i was craving for sashimi, no other choice except Kampachi. Don't tell me about other commercial japanese restaurant that offers not fresh sashimi yet expensive.

The price here is slightly expensive but worth a try. I don't mind spending on sashimi that are fresh and juicy!

Their salmon sashimi has a better texture in chewing, for fresh sashimi, we always look for those that has is chewy yet not too dry.

The first bite/ chew of sashimi must be the original without any sauce, then you will get to enjoy the 'freshness' and texture in your mouth.

In typing out this, i am actually asking my friend to go again tomorrow!!!!!!!!

This is definitely a place for sashimi.:ma lold:smiletonguetongue

Last Saturday, i was craving for some healthy food and so I came across this shop in Mont Kiara, I would love to visit again!

My friend wasn't a soya nor sesame person but he was impressed with the black sesame soya that he'd ordered.
It was that good. The natural smell of sesame blended so well into soya, it was awesome.

For me, I had ordered a set of herbs chicken soup with rice. I was having a bad cough but, helped my throat to calm down abit.

Appetizer was brocolli with carrots in soy sauce and sesame steamed peanuts with cucumber. Main course was the highlight! For the organic brown rice, i saw bailey, red beans and brown rice. I do love it so much! The herb soup was good and warm. Vegetarian chicken was made with beancurd wrapped with carrots and vegetables. It tasted just good and I managed to finish the whole thing all by my own.

When the set was served, I was surprised with the extra soup which was carrot with sweet potatoes.
It was nice too but i gave it to my friend as i was too full of soup.

I want to go back to the shop to try their vegetable curry ,si chuan spicy ramen and asam fish! Too bad i had sore throat that day.

The price is normal.
Whole set is about RM17.90.

I will recommend this shop.
If you want to eat something healthy, this would be the best choose.

Pesto spaghetti OK Sep 30, 2013

Sanbanto Cafe has an attractive name board and their appearance of the shop is what attracted me. Fresh premium pork will be selling there. Ordered pesto spaghetti, as you know pesto is a crushed of olive oil, garlic, basil, pine nuts ,cheese etc So I do always curious of their taste because I love all of their ingredients. Taste wise this is cheezy and garlic smell. It contained roasted pork on top, crispy and salty. Portion is average. Overall ok.

Purple cane tea restaurant's branch at Paradigm mall has a nice ambient with comfortable environment. It gives me a extra relaxing feel to sip on a afternoon tea. In purple cane tea restaurant, they serve chinese food. You can order stir-fried food with rice too. Ordered this luo mi fan (pearl rice wrapped in leaf). Presentation wise this looks hot and appetizing. Taste wise this is not oily. Overall good.
