Portugese tart Smile Sep 29, 2013

Well the portugese tart in baker's cottage is one of my favourite food. This is how it looks like:

I forgot the exact price for the portugese tart, i think it is around rm5-6 for two of these. The price of these is a little higher than the others.
Okay let talk about the tart. The outer part is the crunchy and many layer skin. The inner part is the omelete. It tastes even better when it just came out from the oven.

This is a restaurant located near wangsa maju lrt. Okay i came here during the breaktime of my work. I ordered a qq homemade mee and this is how it looks like

The mee is really qq but i personally don't like the taste of the mee. It tastes too sweet for me. They serve it with the mu er which is black in clour one. I felt that it is not a good combination. Moreover the serving time is too long, one bowl of homemade mee need at least 15minutes to be served. One bowl of mee cost around rm7.00.

This is the other dessert which i would like to introduce which is 'honeydew xi mi lu'
Blur? Hahah. This is it:

They serve it in cold status. Suitable for those who are thirsty and those who just escape here from the hot sun.
They cut the honeydew into small small cubes and mix together with the soup. The serving portion is just nice for a person. The taste is just nice too, not too sweet or less sweet.
One bowl of this just cost u around rm1.++.

Okay here i am again. As the dessert here is really nice and cheap, i decided to try out every dessert of this restaurant.
This time i am going to write a review of another dessert which is 'xue er ji dan cha ' err i don't know how to translate it into english but here is a clear picture of it

They serve it in warm status. So it suits those who don't like cold or iced dessert. The soup is really nice as it has a very light egg taste. The zue er mix together with the egg and the soup is just a perfect combination. Really nice, worth to habe a try!
And guess what, a bowl of this cost u rm1.60 only! Cheapest in town ever!

Fried carrot cake Smile Sep 29, 2013   (Related Review)

This small restaurant is located in wangsa maju at one of the corner side near the small roundabout. Just next to a korean food restaurant.
This time i came hete and have a try on fried carrot cake. So this is a clear picture of it:

Somebody call it as fried lobak, but somebody call it as fried carrot cake. Welll i can just say that different district will have different name for the food.
The fried carrot cake is crunchy. Normally they will serve it with two sauces. One is like the sambal which you can see from the photo, the one with deeper red colour, a little bit spicy. The other one is the sweet sour sauce, the one we can got it from supermarket.
One piece of this only cast around rm1.00. Normally a person can take two pieces of this and order some dessert as drink.
