这里这道正宗避风塘辣蟹,这道眼前金黄香喷的大螃蟹,真是叫人食指大动,再加入了炒得辛辣扑鼻的辣椒和蒜蓉,螃蟹被山一样的辣椒蒜蓉掩盖,还未尝到蟹肉那刻,味蕾已被俘虏了,厚实蟹肉肥美鲜甜,简直叫人吃到停不了口。

这里这道蛋白花雕蒸蟹,这里的螃蟹新鲜肥美,鲜甜美味,而且肉质饱满,所以厨师选择了蛋白清蒸,为了就是吃到最鲜甜的味道,再加上花雕的调味,那蛋白配合红橙色的蟹膏,简直让人垂延三尺。

这里这道蚝汁鲜竹卷,这里的厨师用腐竹包裹着新鲜的猪肉碎,皮薄得完全可以隐隐约约看到里面的馅料,不但蒸得非常的滑,而且酱汁也十分够味,还可以吃到米的香甜,里面有鲜猪肉也很弹牙。

这里这道沙律明虾卷,这里的炸虾饺是配以全只虾的,一碟三颗,非常果腹,皮薄且炸得香脆但里面的虾只依然保留了原汁原味,里面有鲜虾也很弹牙,吃时再沾一些伴碟的沙拉酱,味道会更好。

这里这道扬州炒饭,饭炒得非常的蓬松的芳香,粒粒分明,而且加入了叉烧就为一份简单的炒饭加上画龙点晴的效果,口感丰富的叉烧为整体起了意想不到的味道,吃了让人觉得原来叉烧可以和炒饭是如此的搭配。
