沙爹是这里我们马来西亚的美食这一,主要的是用黄姜来腌制豬肉,雞,牛,羊肉做成的。个人觉得呢豬肉的脂肪比較多, 所以口感吃起来比較油膩。烧好的沙爹,然后沾上自制的沙爹醬吃,你会停不了手呢。他们还是采用传统火炭烤的方式来制作。

马来粘炒芭姑菜,这一道菜非常的美味。菜也非常的嫩,火候很够,炒出来的菜口感十分的棒。马来粘炒芭姑菜是十分普遍的马来西亚美食这一,难度不高,但是也非常考厨师的调味功夫。这一碟炒芭姑菜上面铺满了炒椰絲,吃起来很不错很有创意呢。

他们的羊排煎得非常的棒,我很喜欢羊肉本身的羊臊味,但是这里的羊排没有什么羊臊味,我有一些失望。在煎羊排时放入了迷迭香的香料来腌制,煎出来的羊排真的是不错的吃。挺美味的,羊肉肉质多汁而且滑嫩,而且还带有少少的脂肪,使得羊排更香呢。

来到这里没有什么头绪,随意的点了厨师所推荐的烧烤猪排西餐。我觉得味道不错,能够以10块马币吃到那么好吃的东西,我觉得非常的经济又美味。猪排经过腌制后才拿去煎,火候刚刚好。吃的时候猪排还有些嫩,嚼劲不错。他们的烧烤酱也挺美味的。

我觉得生蚝拿来油炸,有一点浪费的感觉。因为爸爸妈妈不喜欢吃生的食物,所以我就点了这一盘炸生蚝。炸生蚝的味道还不错,最重要是新鲜。炸生蚝里面还有保持鲜蚝的汁,所以吃起来也挺不错,外皮炸得挺脆脆的。这一份炸生蚝的价钱也不会很贵,一般人都能够负担。
