rum & raisin dessert OK May 13, 2013

After a tiring shopping, we decided to stop by Poco Homemade at Bangsar to rest before join the jam.

So when we first came in, all the interior is kinda cute and impressive. Most of it handmade by the owner even the food is freshly prepared by the owner. Feel like your own home.

This shop consider cozy and you have to keep your voice down or else the whole restaurant will surround by your voice.
So we sat down and ordered rum&raisin. The smell of alcohol is kind of strong because you could taste it well for every sip u take.

Minimum requirements: a cups of drink per customer

Recommended Dish(es):  rum&raisin creme

Spending per head: Approximately RM9(下午茶)

we picked some bread from display area. when we are there the bread has not much left but we still manage to grab some signature like sausage bun, vege bun, potato buns etc

i seldom eat that much of bread in a go because most of the time i would just order cakes.

What a good chance for me to have a try in all these flavors because we could share the bread in cary selections.

Anna would wanna try the bread here so she bought sausage bread...But! the sausage is slightly different than what we usually got from market.
The sausage they used here is slightly thinner, the color looks pale rather than red like those cheap sausages. So i believe that they did use quality material to produce the bread here.

What a different experience from normal bakery make you feel you are in some other countries else.

I think this baguette must be their signature dish as the label here wrote ficelle on the display card.
Slightly smaller than normal baguette size.
I m here for tea with 3 of my ladies friend. You may request them to reheat the bread if dine in there so you would still manage to taste the fresh hot bread taste like it was just out from oven.

With a cup of hot tea, that the day is still after rain, with a lot of green plant as decorative item in the shop,
you may feel you are drinking tea in a fresh place

Karaage Chicken, the japanese styled friend chicken leg is their famous add-on for most of the people there because it really taste good especially eat with the udon.

Not only from that, the udon house also serve japanese style steamboat and japanese style BBQ seafood/meat in stick.

You may see the crowd start from 5.30pm when people start queue-ing to get their dinner here.
