很久没能吃这个鼎泰豐了,难得有人能够请吃我当然义不容辞的来这里大块朵儿咯。爱吃面的我这次点了这里的炸酱拉面,我看见这里的拉面上面满满的肉碎还有的就是香菇,豆腐,豆酱,加上洋葱。这里的面看起来很细可是还是很有嚼劲,和上面的肉碎拌着真的享受。

在genting klang有许多好吃的食物,其中在这个kopitiam里,有一个档口是卖板面的。看到照片都已经流口水了。。就叫了一个来吃。觉得味道很浓。还有面的口感很好,很鲜甜。还有些配料,有肉碎,江鱼仔,葱,菜等。

这个coco blast 是新出的,里面又放了一片片白色的椰浆。冰沙是黄糖的,还有许多的配料,如,木薯糕,以及芋头,搅匀了后,吃一口觉得味道很香,因为有椰浆,不过实在大份,又比较累,所以吃不完。

我从以前到现在最爱的螃蟹烹饪法就是咸蛋黄炒螃蟹,当然这里我也想试试味道怎样。这次的螃蟹我不再需要拨壳,不怕它的壳太硬拔不开来吃。而且咸蛋黄全部都会在我口中溶化,用我的舌头感觉海鲜的新鲜它的软,真的幸福。

这道翡翠奶黃軟殼蟹就是我在这间软壳蟹皇海鲜饭店吃的第一道菜也因此深刻影响。螃蟹被砍成一块块拿去炸,然后还有奶香味的蛋丝在整个碟里,辣椒叶和小辣椒的提味更能吃到牛油香。告诉你整碟螃蟹都能吞进肚子,你咬在口中的感觉真的是满足到!
