Lim Tian Puan is one restaurant with a long history in Melaka. It has been around for a long time and many local has accustomed to their dishes. The restaurant serves mainly Chinese cuisine and occasionally host wedding dinners as well. On normal occasions, customers can order lavish dishes as well. This four hot combination is a serving of four hot dishes in one mainly as appetisers when dining in a big group.

cendol Smile Dec 19, 2013   (Related Review)

I think cendol is really perfect when the weather is hot. Most probably because of the ice and the sweetness of gula Melaka in it. There best gula Melaka are those without salt in it so the taste would be very pure with aroma and fragrant of coconut.

Bubur cha cha Smile Dec 19, 2013   (Related Review)

Here at the Penang nyonya, there is an array of authentic nyonya desserts which everybody loves. My friend and I, we tried the Bubur cha cha and I love it. Of course there are much better ones, mostly on the streets. I guess you can’t enjoy both privilege of having air condition, comfortable dining place and scrumptious meal at the same time. At least not here in this restaurant, but it was still good. It could use more gula Melaka for the cendol. And they should try not overcooking the taro

Teh-c OK Dec 19, 2013

Don’t forget to try their Teh-c. It was quite good for a commercialized restaurant. Nothing beats those made by the uncles from old kopitiams. But this was not bad. Just slightly too much milk in making this slightly overly sweet for me. I would prefer if it is less sweet.

Hotate Teriyaki Smile Dec 19, 2013   (Related Review)

Scallop lover will be excited with this hotate teriyaki. Fresh scallops nicely grilled on skewers, and teriyaki sauce nicely masked any fishy flavour from the scallop if there is any. The texture is great, making this a perfect starter. Chewing on this is really enjoyable. And this serving sells at RM 12 so I supposed it is pretty reasonable.
