Teh o ais OK Dec 18, 2013   (Related Review)

The fact that this is an open restaurant with local food servings that are normally sold in mamak or on the street, people tend to still smoke and cigarette buds would be all over the place every now and then. Fortunately for the workers perpetual cleaning at all time, would this restaurant managed to be kept pleasantly comfortable at all time. The drinks are rather pricey even for Solaris Mont Kiara standard. Their teh-O-ais limau causes RM 2.50 each.

Tenggiri fish Smile Dec 18, 2013

The Ravis is a new place for banana leaf rice in Solaris Mont Kiara. Opened not too long ago, the shop is fantastically clean and neat most of the time. The workers are really great when it comes to handling the customers as well as keeping the restaurant clean all the time. Add on dishes are available and they are quite fresh during my review. There is quite an extensive choice of ingredients so this could fulfill almost everyone accordingly to their preference or cravings. The fried Tenggiri Fish sells ar RM 5,50 and was decently good and tasty.

Boiled soup Smile Dec 18, 2013   (Related Review)

As for the seating layout, there is choices of indoor and outdoor seats, but like all hawker centre, smoking is not really prohibited anywhere. So indoor or outdoor doesn’t really matter actually. Except during the day time, indoor is slightly better considering the weather of our country. The boiled soup in bowls are good, but would be a little dull to go with white rice alone. The herbal chicken soup was tasty and selling at RM 5.80 each. I thought it was reasonable given the amount of ingredients used in it.

sarawak kolok mee Smile Dec 18, 2013   (Related Review)

The night dining experience is definitely better than during peak hours in the day time. There a whole range of choices which is great for to providing the neighborhood around this area with decent with wholesome food. The popular dish here is the Sarawak kolok mee, the famous Kuching 'Kolo mee' or 'koh-loh mein' , cooked and then serve with garlic, shallots, minced pork, white vinegar, pork balls. It was okay, not as good as something I would crave for everyday, but every now and then I would remember the flavour of the noodle and the good texture that I enjoyed very much.

Fish head noodle OK Dec 18, 2013

Categories : Chinese | Kopitiam

Here at the Bintang food court hawker center and like many other hawker centers, there are lots of stalls so the variety of food is really great. The fish head noodle was a little pricy, selling at RM 7 but was very stingy with the noodle. The bowl was huge, but mainly just soup in it.
