For local satay, it has been in Kajang, but the Satay in Madam Kwan has got its credit. It has an additional condiment - pineapple cubes! The ketupat, cucumber, and onion is fresh, served with satay in a clean white bowl. The satay taste delicious, with no chicken skin fat and is in bigger size. Meat is tender and juicy, marinated well with kunyit and very tasty . ;)

Other dish may be a little salty but stir fry lettuce complement the dish, fresh vegetable, stir fry in garlic oil. A natural simple -no guilt dish for weigh watcher. ;)

Tasty and serving is fine.

Restaurant Yoke Heng is easily spotted once you turn in right from the new serdang highway from the roundabout of horse race area. A cooling place at night to dine for dinner.

Claypot lou Shee Fun Smile Jul 23, 2013   (Related Review)

When it comes to claypot lou shee fun, Yoke Heng restaurant is a must visit. Though I don't quite like the service, as they can be not very humble at times, but food is good. There is 2 seating area, an open area and an air-conditioned. The claypot lou shee fun is very tasty, a little salty, as it contains fried shrimp, mushroom, seasonings which makes the taste. Best to add with vinegar. Very creamy texture and can be very filling.

delicious fried lala

delicious fried lala

Fried Lala at Restaurant Yoke Heng is a special dish that is memorable, from taste to the texture. The average size of this lala (clam) is just nice, not too hard. The lala is fried with high heat and to be quick as not overcook. The taste, yummm... the dried shrimp, shallots, garlic, very aromatic. The seasoning is not too salty, best taken with rice. A very tasty dish.
