Pork Soup Smile Sep 24, 2013   (Related Review)

As part of the pork noodle set, a small bowl filled to the brim was also given. The soup was quite tasty, though with a very heavy pork flavour. Some people may not be able to take it though. There were lots of minced meat, pork slices, pork liver as well as a few slices of pork kidney in it. Definitely need to be adventurous when consuming this, as most pork noodle stalls may not have these selection. Quite recommended!

Pork Noodles Smile Sep 24, 2013

The pork noodles here has some good feedback, especially from the locals in SS3. Wifey and I decided to pop by to Hup Soon Restaurant to see what they had to offer. Wifey ordered the dry pork mee hoon. The mee hoon was done well, not too soft. There were a generous amount of salty minced meat on top, together with some slices of char siew and fish cakes. The char siew was a bit dry, and the fish cakes so-so. Priced at RM5, it was well worth the amount paid.

Fuwa Fuwa Cream Bun Smile Sep 24, 2013   (Related Review)

Wifey was giggling over this funny sounding name. We decided to order it as it seemed quite delicious. It looks like any ordinary bun, baked with a cupcake holder at the bottom, and sprinkled with some icing sugar on top. The filling was the custard cream that tasted of cinnamon, while the bun itself was fluffy and soft. Priced at RM3.90, it was well worth the amount paid.

Cream Puff Smile Sep 24, 2013

Wifey and I were at Paradigm Mall today to do some shopping after dinner at the in-laws. Since dinner was quite light, we decided that we needed some dessert. As we were passing by Komugi, I was attracted to their cream puff, which looked quite appetising. I decided to order one to bring home. Once I ordered, the cream filling was put in. The cream puff was quite large, and it housed a huge load of cream. Very tasty with flecks of cinnamon in it. Rather sweet, but still quite acceptable. Priced at RM 4.80, it was definitely well worth the amount paid.

Beef Steak Rice Smile Sep 23, 2013   (Related Review)

I ordered my favourite beef steak with egg and rice. The rice is served separately, as the hot plate is not able to hold it as it was pretty full. I had a whole piece of juicy

patty, together with an egg, corn kernels, lots of beansprouts and some overcooked long beans. In ordered to ensure my patty is not overcooked, I added in some karakuchi, or garlic soy sauce, and put it on top of the beansprouts. Priced at RM13.80, it was well worth the amount paid.
