Four Seasons prides itself in serving Hong Kong style fare. If this is true, this would mean that they serve a good glass of yin yong drink. Essentially milk tea plus coffee, the drink is supposed to be very nice, if done right. I thought that the glass of yin yong had too much coffee taste in it, thus drowning the tea flavour. It wasn't too sweet, so that was good. Priced at RM5.50, it was decent amount to pay.

Mum ordered the stir fried emperor noodles, and she said it was awesome. I thought it was pretty good myself. The noodles were fried full of wok hei, and the ingredients were aplenty. There were chicken bits, gau choy and beansprouts. Just before serving, dash of sesame seeds were sprinkled on top for extra flavour. Best eaten with some cut chillies. Priced at RM15.80 a plate, it was well worth the amount paid.

Dad ordered the fish head rice noodle with shark bone. He enjoyed it very much, as the taste of the soup was fragrant and flavourful. The rice noodle, or mee hoon was also done well, not too soft. There were plenty of fish meat in the fish head, but I thought the taste was a bit too fishy for me. Priced at RM20.80, it wasn't cheap, but dad said that it was value for money.

I was at Empire Shopping Gallery with parents, bringing mum to buy some groceries. Since it was lunch time, we decided to head over to Four Seasons Restaurant to have some food. There were quite a bit of people in it, so we had to wait a while for a table. Once seated, I ordered the siew yuk dry noodles. The noodles were the type that you get when you order wan tan mee. The noodles were springy and well tossed with dark sauce and soya sauce. The siew yuk was juicy, but I thought the skin should be crispier. They gave a bowl of soup, but I didn't really like it as it had the smelly taste of pork, and was full of MSG.

I always thought that the soya bean drink in restaurants were canned ones. I didn't really want to order it, but wifey insisted that she wanted to drink soya bean. Surprisingly, the soya bean drink in Din Tai Fung tasted quite home made. It was full of soya bean flavour. The ice diluted it a bit, but it was still quite nice. It was thirst-quenching and went well with the rest of our meal.
