salty vege with pork Smile Sep 20, 2013   (Related Review)

If you are going to try a nice bah kut teh at pandan indah i would recommend you to go for this restaurant, they had recently opened a new branch located at the old dolphin cafe - which had closed recently.

Besides ordering the bah kut teh soup i had ordered this salty vegetable with tong po yuk (pork meat). if you had high cholesterol or if you are having dinner with older people i would not recommend you to order this as the meat were very fat.

As for the taste it is quite nice as the vegetables were not too salty - maybe they had soaked it for a period of time before they cook it. The taste of the dish were just nice if you eat it with the rice.

If i were to rate this i would give 8/10

grill chicken and pork Smile Sep 19, 2013   (Related Review)

Normally when it comes to a buffet style of restaurant i would expect to cook everything my self especially a steamboat buffet restaurant but not to i know when i order this i was told that they will grill it for us as the stove is located at a open space - i'm sitting at an indoor seat.

We had ordered two different meat here - pork and chicken.

They had grill it with tepanyaki sauce - some japanese style of grill. i like the pork more as the sauce had absorbed into the pork compare to the chicken.

If i were to rate this i would give 8/10

Although soup is important in a steamboat meal but the sauce that you choose is important too. different restaurant will prepare different sauce for you to choose, here in this restaurant they too prepare a few different sauce for us to choose.

today i had chooses a few different sauce but mainly based on spicy sauce, the one that i like the most is the thai sauce which is sour and spicy. besides that the dry chilli oil would be a good choice too - not too spicy at all

if i were to rate this i would give 8/10

steamboat set Smile Sep 19, 2013

My favorite meal of all, this restaurant was located up stairs where it is hardly seen able but luckily I'm familiar with the surrounding after a few round finally i found it.

It is actually a buffet style steamboat where you order it from a menu instead of getting it from a food bar table.

But remember not to order too much in case can not finish it, i would recommend you to order the pork slides, the dish that i like the most. but not the lamb slides - maybe it is not too fresh.

If i were to rate this i would give 8/10

This is the first time i visited this shop where all of the bread they were selling Hong Kong famous polo bun. Can you imagine that the whole shop with only polo bun with varieties of choices.

This is something special or maybe should say something new in making a polo bun, never try a polo bun with ham and sausage before. the texture of the bun were soft, from every bite you can see the layers of it and the most important having this you can still taste the original taste of the polo bun and the ham and sausage will feel more full compare to normal polo bun

if i were to rate this i would give 8/10
