For the steamboat, we ordered the Set A (RM13.90) which comes with 5 pre-determined ingredients. There are a couple of Tiger Prawns, Crab Balls, Fish Balls and a Sea Weed Roll. Among my favorite are the Oyster Mushrooms and Golden Mushrooms. Other delicacies are the Fish Noodles and Spinach Noodles.

Before long, the steamboat has come to a boil and ready to be served. The soup broth has natural rich flavor from the Tiger Prawns and other ingredients. However, the portion is insufficient for two persons.

Our first set meal is the Unagi Don & Salmon Set.

The Unagi Don is a bowl of white rice served with several slices of eel, fried egg, and slices of seaweed . The unagi is very satisfying and palatable, while the fried egg makes the plain rice more savory.

Equally impressive is the Salmon Sashimi. Three thick, succulent cuts of raw salmon are presented before our very eyes.

My choice today morning is the Egg & Salmon. The sandwich consists of smoked salmon and poached egg sandwiched in a muffin bun.

The smoked salmon is very appetizing. It is slightly salty and has a fatty texture, which means that the salmon is not overcooked.

The muffin itself is fresh and has a slight crisp. It is also quite fluffy and delightful for my teeth to sink into.

The Braised Bean Curd With Crab Meat comes with 3 pieces of beancurd drenched with thick gravy made of food starch, chopped crab sticks and egg white.

The dish is topped with mixed vegetables such as carrots, baby corns and sweet peas. The beancurd is smooth in texture, and the gravy makes it taste even better.

My choice is the Linguine Aglio-Olio With Prawns. The choice of pasta is up to the customer. The owner patiently introduced the different types of pasta in Italian restaurants.

The prawns used in this dish are quite large and fresh. I just love the taste of fresh prawns with olive oil. Overall, the pasta is smooth and appetizing. It feels like the linguine slithers down my throat like a smooth piece of silk.
