yesterday Jusco @ one utama got member day sale,after shopping we are very thirsty,so we went to chatime to buy a drink.Luckily we only buy 1 cup of Strawberry Pudding Au-Lait,otherwise sure we would be regret........

All the staffs were DAY-DREAMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They finished to make the drink but didn't give it to us until we ASKED FOR !!!!!!!!!!

And the taste is bad,totally no Strawberry taste,feel like drinking ice water,the one I tried at IOI Boulevard is great...I SWEAR I WILL NEVER VISIT One Utama THIS BRANCH AGAIN

remember the first time I visited this cafe was because I bought an online coupon and can use half price to order the food.that time I order their rice set which was quite nice . however...this time I visited again was totally different.....

Firstly,they r lack of staffs,only have few tables but still can't serve us at once.we need to wait for a while for order food....

My hubby saw the menu got a drink called loving hut coffee, wanna knows what kind of coffee it is...but when he asked the staff,the answer is : this is coffee ~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh Man...of course I know this coffee,we r asking what kind of coffee,my hubby asked again but the answer is the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHEN I asked is the drink Kumquat juice very sour?The staff told me'I don't know' I wonder what she is doing there when she knows nothing

So talk about the food,my hubby order basil delight rice set,it is not bad, but my Italian special meal is so-so only. And all the food portion is really not enough !the pumpkin soup taste weird..don't know why has the taste of chinese herbs...The loving hut coffee n kumquat juice,both very disgusting~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! especially kumquat juice,just like drinking cough syrup I think if someone must visit this shop,better order rice set cos their rice set taste good....other food I don't recommend at all...

environment is good,nice for 2 ppl to chat but since the food not that nice,I don't think I will visit it again

Since we bought some cash coupon from My Honeymoon Dessert @ sunway pyramid before,I wanna spend it as soon as possible..worry it will close suddently( cos I already can't see the sunway branch already)

Visit the nearest one~ IOI Boulevard branch,no customer inside the shop when we arrived.

We order strawberry n mango snow ice,as well as a mango drink with pearl. The strawberry snow ice is great, but the mango snow ice is tasteless ,I think is because of the mango not sweet,so the snow ice because no taste at all.

The mango drink has the same problem as mango snow ice ...it's quite disappointed cos I;m a mango lover,used to order dessert with mango but look like this time I order wrong items.. Lucky is the drink is order for my little gal,kid drinks less sweet drink is better,haha.But my gal just keep eating the pearl more than drink the mango juice

After deducted the RM30 cash coupon,we only need to pay RM3.

Lastly I must say their staffs are lazy and look like dont want to work ,always hide away to chat chat chat ,I think if we run away without pay,they will not notice too...sigh!!!!! (No wonder no customer....)

I used to visit this shop in the past cos love their food n korean drink but havent vist it for long time after their food quality drop .

7/7 went to sunway and want to visit this shop again,see they have improve or not...this korean pan mee was my favorite item in the past but now the portion less a lot,the pan mee only enough for my little gal to eatthis korean tea is always nice,ice one is better than hot oneDol Sot Bim Bim Bab, sorry that I took pic after mixed the rice n vegetables...haha ! This one I'm sure will never order again,the taste is weird and no charred rice,only has few slices of beef....this must be the worst Bim Bim Bab I tried ever.
Pa Jeon~Seafood pancake with spring onion,this one is not bad,quite crispy

we spent RM54.3 for this meal,sound like not that worth since food not very nice ,sitting place is not comfortable too...

Again...each time I miss my hometown Hong Kong,must visit dim sum shop or Cha Chan Teng .Sad is most of the Cha Chan Teng in Malaysia is not that similar to HK taste. And Puchong only got Wong Kok Char Chan Teng at IOI n Setia walk,I have no choice but to visit when I have serious homesick problem.... This HK style noodle (beef) surprised me cos the taste is absolutely close to HK taste,love it very much and that's why we forgot to take pic for it at once,hahaThe ice lemon tea is terrible......sour like plum juice and totally not the taste of HK (not even 10%),will never order it again we order a set of CB Pork chop,the apple juice taste bad too...how come this shop got no nice drink?????? Only the milk tea is ok but for me is too sweet.The CB Pork chop is not bad ,the cheese mixed with rice is great but the pork chop totally no taste ,guess not even preserve with salt...and I hope they can cut it into small piece instead of whole pork chop on the rice,hard to eat ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

The environment is nice but the service is not cos most of the staffs are quite lazy and slow,hoping they will improve it
