It was a bad experience when we were first time dine-in at SushiZanmai at The Garden.
We decided to give it a try again at different place. There’s one day I went to shop with sisters for CNY clothes around KL area. We wanted to dine in at Fahrenheit, but too queue was too long. So we decided to stop by at Sushi Zanmai, Lowyat.
Luckily we just need to wait for awhile at there before being seated.
The services at there are quite good, BUT the food served was SUPER SLOW.
It is worth when the food is delicious.
And this is our first time having Japanese food together after so long. LOL.

We've already decided since long time ago.. And we made it!! >__<
We've been finding this place for almost an hour because the map showed to us a longer way to there.. =="
It is located at Jalan Imbi..
I've been reading few comments about the parking at there, where they said it is bad.. Fortunately, we were able to find a place to park the car safely at the roadside and paid RM 5 only.. There was lots of people when we reached.. The place was fully occupied where we need to find empty table for few times.. @_@
This building has 2 floors, where the lower floor is the place where all the pastries, desserts and tables are located while the upper floor is more places for us to dine in..

There's a specific way in order to dine in.. Firstly, we need to read the sign board which is located beside the counters.. It states that we need to remember our table number and pay before the food is serve.. The service at there is quite good.. ^_^ and there's lots of pastries to choose..
As usual, we ordered Tom Yam spaghetti, seafood spaghetti and others..
Mango Cheese Tart..

Mango Cheese Tart..

It's very nice.. Soft texture with dried mango in it.. Definitely recommend this!! ^_^
and it is one of the best selling!!
Tom Yam Spaghetti..

Tom Yam Spaghetti..

It taste like normal tomyam flavour, not really spicy..
Chicken Teriyaki..

Seafood Spaghetti..

Seafood Spaghetti..

This dish is quite normal.. The sauce taste like tomato sauce..or I should say like Prego Sauce? haha I've no idea about that.. But it do taste good too!!

We had our Korean food at Festival City, Setapak..
The restaurant is located beside Chatime and opposite of Sakae Sushi, 2nd floor..
Festival City is located near to the college where most of the students often visit at there..
It just take approximately 10 minutes to reach either by taking public transport or own transport..
I'm not really a fans of Korean cuisine, but I often dine in at there because some of my friends like it.. ^_^
It's a very convenient place to dine in.. and the price is reasonable too!!
It was packed with people after we sat there for awhile..
The tables are equipped with BBQ grill thingy (I don't know the name =X )chopstick
Beef Kimchi Soup..

Beef Kimchi Soup..

It is served with rice and side dishes such as anchovies with peanuts, fried eggs (something which looks like tamago), potato (potato with fruits) and KIMCHI!! *yummy!*
To me, it's not spicy enough because I love SPICY!!
Spicy Rice Cake..

Spicy Rice Cake..

I don't really like it because the taste is weird to me.. (don't know why) It's like 'chee chong fun' with sweet sauce? ><
Menu..

Whenever talk or think about it, it does makes me happy.. =)
I've been to different shop of sushi restaurants around Kuala Lumpur such as Sushi Tei (my all time favourite!!), Zanmai Sushi and Sushi King.. So far, I often visit Sakae Sushi at Festival City with classmates since we're sushi lovers.. and the price at there is reasonable..
I heard that they launched a new menu, without hesitation, I've been to there, again!! >_<
Salmon Sashimi..

Salmon Sashimi..

My all time favourite, SALMON!! Even though it is not as fresh as the one that I had in Sushi Tei, but it is still acceptable.. *thumbs up!*
Salmon Nigiri..

Salmon Nigiri..

The salmon are sliced into thin layer and served with rice.. It is best when dip it with soy sauce or sweet sauce and wasabi.. *yummy!* Definitely worth it!!
Twin Chinmi Maki..

Twin Chinmi Maki..

I personally love this dish! >_< It is served with chinmi (my favourite) and ebikko on top of it.. The chinmi taste is marvelous!! *thumbs up!*
Salmon Maki..

Kimchee & Mango Maki..

Kimchee & Mango Maki..

It is quite unique as they served kimchi in Japanese cuisine.. The kimchi was slightly spicy while the mango was just nice.. But, I don't really like mango served with rice.. >< Definitely a must try for Kimchi lovers!
Chinmi Nigiri..

This is definitely a must whenever I dine-in to here! >_<
