Steamed chicken in foil is a better dish at here. The chicken is steamed with amount of ginger slices, garlic in pieces and “dong quai” (Angelica sinensis). The chicken is smoothly and the gravy is rich in every ingredients has put in. Be careful when drinking the gravy as I was quite spicy when it’s hot! However, this is a dish that useful for recovery a person health. But the dong quai is quite hot, therefore it not encourages to eat more.

This shop is famous for grilled fish for many years and always full of crowd during dinner. Grilled Stingray is one of their signature dishes at here. Actually I feel nothing special on this grilled stingray as the fish itself is tasteless and without given any soy sauce to dip with fish, just their chili sauce which is nothing special too. What can say is the stingray is fresh, large in portion and being well grilled with fragrant smell only. I really can’t understand why there is so much of people keep coming dine at here and ordering this dish.

I order this dessert is because of the name and of course the ingredients inside I still prefer on it. The dessert named “Hello”, a name that makes me feel curious on what is inside of it. When the dessert being served, it looks not so attractive anymore, looks like very weird. But surprisingly it taste so nice and special! There really a lot of ingredients inside such as black grass jelly, white pearl, crystal pearl, taro, black sago and mixed bean with milk topping and mango sauce. All the pearl and taro is so juicy and chewy, I like it so much! Most important is this dessert won’t sweet, it suit for everyone.

I always hope to try a healthy dessert and thus I trying out their Mango Cream with Sago and Pamelo. For the texture, you are able to see the milk topping and mango sauce on it. After mixed up everything, you can taste the mango come with sago and Pamelo in every spoon. The sago and pamelo given was a lot! Although Pamelo is a bit sourly but is very juicy; you can feel the juice spread out once you bite it. But overall, it taste ok, not too specialty for me.

It is a best place to having delicious cold dessert during hot weather. Ordered their icy food named “Fifth” where is the mixture of Mango and Watermelon flavor in a little wok. The dessert included one big strawberry and chocolate waffle stick, some small waffle stick and chocolate chips. Although mango and watermelon have different taste but after mix up both snow ices together, you still can taste both flavors, is a refreshing and good combination dessert. When a cold dessert include with some crispy chips is really nice to eat.
