D’Ark Resort Cafe

Janda Baik is actually a place well known for corporate training. That’s the reason why I get the chance to stay a few days here, also get to taste the food prepared by the local here. Besides, it also welcomes those who wish to come here for a vacation. They do caters nice and contusive chalets resorts suitable for family.

The surrounding environment is actually lushes green and very cooling, especially when night falls. You practically need not to on the air conditioner and just enjoy the cold air. Of course, vacation won’t be perfect without the elements of gastronomy right? ^__^Most of the food served here are of Malay cuisine. It could be tad spicy, so it’s advisable to inform them beforehand to go easy on the hotness lol

Chicken Chop Smile Sep 04, 2013   (Related Review)

Chicken Chop

Luckily, this chicken chop is presented decently good. It comes with the common side dishes like coleslaw, fries, black pepper sauce and the fried chicken fillet. The chicken chop is fried till crispy and the meat is still agreeably tender. It is also crispy and crunchy on the outside. Not too fatty and pairing it with black pepper seems quite good idea for this fare. So long there is my favourite fries, I won’t make much fuss lol

Meeting Point Café

There are actually quite a number of beach cafes at Long Beach, Small Perhentian Island. After some brief surveying, we come to this little cozy café which goes by the name Meeting Point Café. It is set up facing the white sandy beach, against the turquoise clear sea that is so inviting that we went for snorkeling at the meal over here. Basically, the place is full of Caucasian and also with lots colorful umbrellas being used as roofs for the guests to enjoy their meal. From our rough estimation, only 5 % is of local tourists lol Seems like this place is really a hit among the international arena lol

Special BBQ- Blue Marlin

This has level up my enjoyment as far as fish dishes are concerned. It is my first time savoring Blue Marlin! Never thought that it is edible, and a bit intimidated by its bold and stout figure in the ocean with its needle-sharp point mouth lol Nevertheless, the BBQ meat is indeed real good! It’s very sweet and tangy by itself. You can choose your plater to be paired with your preferred sides. The fillet is also comes with special in house sauce that is a bit spicy in the sweet and sour flavor. It’s very appetizing and I can’t help but to indulge more lol

Orange Juice Smile Sep 04, 2013   (Related Review)

Orange Juice

Another choice you could have to sort of warm up your taste bud first would be this Orange Juice. Usually, I won’t go for any orange juice except by enjoying the real fruit itself. It is actually quite decently prepared with some ice cubes to chill it up, as well as the foodie too lol Quite refreshing with the orange zest and not too sweet. Way much better than the mango juice had earlier in the afternoon at another café by the beach.
