This deep fried fu zok is very nice. The reason being nice is because they only fried it once you place your order. Unlike other dim sum stall where after they fried it then they leave it there until someone order it. The skin is very crunchy. You dip it with mayonnaise instead of sweet sauce and chili sauce will make you want to order second plate.

This ladies finger is steamed and then add on with some anchovies and onion. The dish is pretty simple. But if you didn't get the right steaming time, the ladies finger will be very old. It will turns out very soft and they are not crunchy at all. The oyster sauce enhance the taste of the ladies finger. I like this dish pretty much. Simple and tasty.

When comes to fast food restaurant chicken. This ayam goreng spicy mcd is always the brat. I like the way they marinate the chicken. The spicy not only stay on the skin. It penetrate to the meat as well. Eat together with the mcd chili sauce, it really brings out the spicy taste. The meat is soft and tender, the skin is crunchy too.

This tom yam chicken is not very sourish nor spicy dish. The soup comes with red colour oil. But that doesn't mean it is spicy. The soup actually has some coconut fragrance in it. I like to enjoy such a nice dish in such a cozy environment. It makes me really can enjoy the food to the max.

When comes to KFC, the chicken I always stick to is the original recipe. But since they come.out a new menu with promotion price. I decided to order it. The skin is crispy as usual. Chicken meat is soft and tender too. But then I find the taste of this flaming crunchy still lack of something. The spiciness is not really there. And eat too much, you will muak.
