I was a little lazy to cook or drive out so i ordered food delivery, i ordered the sweet and sour sotong with rice. It was really good, i simply adore the sweet and sour sauce. there was a balance in the sweetness and acidity. I felt that it enhance the flavour of the sotong. the sotong they used was very fast. it was cooked perfectly. sotong can very easily good wrong when you overcook it and it will turn hard and rubbery. but this was not the case for their sotong. really delicious.
