On a special occasion, we went to this beautiful restaurant for dinner. They served complimentary Chuka Idako, means steamed and marinated baby octopus. The is a common dish found in all restaurants that serves Japanese cuisine.Each diner will get a small plate. The baby octopus was quite big in size, they served the whole baby octopus, there were 2 pieces. I like this appetizer as it is one of my favourites. Taste was not salty nor too sweet, it mixed with sesame and it is cold dish. The

Taste was not salty nor too sweet, it mixed with sesame and it is cold dish. The texture of the baby octopus was just right, not too soft nor tough. We had it finished within a few minutes.
