Next and also the final course of our meal was our nourishing dessert, Double-boiled sea coconut with ginseng and snow fungus. This dessert I would rate it average good for the reason that they put generous amount of the ingredients but not up to my expectation in terms of the skill. It was quite a bit sweet and the temperature of the dessert when served on the table was only lukewarm. Improvement is really required.
