I am quite a fan of stewed pork so I decided to order it to go with hakka noodles. Sliced pieces of pork belly was served with hard boiled egg and noodles. The pork belly was not too fat and it was a little tough meaning it was not braised long enough. A fatter piece would have given the noodles more flavour and better texture. But it was still pretty appetizing, and I did enjoy having it with thin hakka noodles which was quite springy and there was a good mix of flavours from all the ingre
