The Crispy Roasted Pork Knuckle here needs no introduction as it is one of the signature dish. And it really lived up to its reputation. The skin is roasted to a deep brown and so crispy that it crackles when we bite on it. The meat inside is surprisingly tender and it was really full of a strong salty taste that is appealing.
